On 12/19/06 I received a trail bottle of Phentrazine 37.5. On 1/8/07 I was charged another $149.95 from this same company for product I did not order or receive until 1/29/07. I contacted customer service and was informed that all sales are final and that returns will not be processed or refunded. This is a ripoff company.

Beware! Do not order a trial offer of phentrazine 37.5. Pe labs will charge you $149.95 without your authorization!

as you said on the phone the only way to get my $100.00 refund is to except you keeping $49.95. You have my permission all though only agreed to a trial size for only $4.95, with a chance to cancel it only been done two weeks and took $149.95 out of my account. I recieve the trail size on 12-21-07 and you withdrew $149.95 out of my account on 12-24-07. Please put the $100.00 back in my account as soon as possible. Marlene Folse Thibodaux Louisiana 70301

I agreed to last nights conversation, regarding that you would refund my husbands account $100.00 and you would keep the $49.95 for the cancelation fee.

Sincerely,

I also ordered a trial size of phentrazine 37.5. The $149.95 was charged to my credit card which put me over the limit on my credit card since I had other important charges being added. I contacted the company by e-mail and told them I had not even tried the trial size bottle of phentrazine. They sent me a very nasty e-mail and spoke nothing of me returning the product and getting a credit on my credit card. I learned a lesson. I didn't have the time nor the patience to deal with them because I found out from my physician I could not take this product because of an illness he discovered. I still look at the two unopened bottles and the pill cutter. I could certaintly use that $149.95 plus shipping. Maybe for medication I need.

I also ordered the trial offer and was sent 2 more bottles which I did not . I called the customer service line and was told to go to the following website: pelabs@live.com.

The web address sent me to this website. Is there any way to get to the website and get a return code to return the pills?

Be carefull. I got on a survey..and there was Phentrazine 37.5. I went ahead & got it... FREE just pay postage. I've never felt so stupid. PEOPLE don't do it. What a RIP-OFF. I wish I had known about this site... and seen the complaints. I would have done it. Also watch out for HYDRODERM---they get you, too!

I got scammed the same way. I do not remember them posting the agreement back when i ordered them. Now i see they are posting up front that you will be charged. My problem was that i could not take them. That is why you try a sample. If it doesn't work then you do not buy anymore. If they do work you reorder. This company will find one day that getting the 149.00 upfront the way they are doing will not bring repeat customers then they will have to come up with another scam.

I just received my other two bottles that I didn't know I was getting. Now What? So far I haven't seen any charges but I will send all these emails to my credit card company if I do get a charge.

I did not even order a sample of this product! A package came to my door so I signed for it and was surprised to find a bottle of pills I'm not even familiar with...

I placed an order and within 5 minutes called and said I changed my mind; I was informed I could not and I would have to pay the 49.00 cancellation fee. By law, you have 3 days to recind a contract/agreement, they wouldn't give me 10 minutes! I called my credit card company and sure enough, the 4.95 order was placed and 9 minutes later the account was charged the 49.00-I wondered why they had me on hold for so long! I am going to dispute the charges, my card company told me I have at least 24 hrs, this company was telling me I could not cancel my order.

I am going to report to every level I can, I have never seen such a scam!

same story as what was previously stated I read this complaint board and decided to call the company told me there was a cancellation fee of $50 and I told them I refused to pay that or the other fee, also told them I will take out all of the money from my checking account so good luck trying to get that, screw this company I hope they all go to hell.

I sent for a FREE trial 2 week supply of Phentrazone 37.5 and paid $4.95 in shipping. I was recently sent two more bottles of this which I DID NOT ORDER!
I refused the delivery from the post office and the company is now telling me they are going to charge me a $49.95 cancellation fee. I will not pay this FEE and will have American Express dispute this for me. If I don't receive satisfaction from the company, I will lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about the tactics of their company. Thank you for you attention to this complaint.

Hi, I also oredered the free trial offer with $4.95 shipping and handling. I read the terms and conditions and there were no statements about auto shipments. I received my trial pills and couldn't take them. I didn't go back online to cancel, because there was nothing that said I should. Well today 19 days later I receive 7 bottles of pills on the mail with no paperwork or anything. I contact my credit card company and they give the the phone number of the company that had charged my card. The complaint department of my credit card compant called the company and we had a three way conference. They said I had had 30 days to cancel the auto ship, even though it had not been that long, they would refund the $129.95 on my credit card but charge me $49.00 for cancelling. Help, we need to do something about this fraud. They also couldn't give me the web site where they said all this was on and said they would send me the web site to my email and they didn't. I had cleaned all my cookies out and I don't have the website anymore.

Here it is almost 2 years later and nothing still was done. we all got ripped off and the company is protected as well as sitting good on unauthorized profit. People try anything to make a quick buck and take from others. That's sad. I had to also pay an overdarft at my bank for ISF. This ordeal was really wrong.

Well, since I have been ripped off before ordering things from companies and then getting automatically billed on my cc ( because the average person does not read the "fine print" on things) I knew to read the terms and conditions. So I did not order the free trial, I went ahead and ordered the 2 months supply as it is actually cheaper in the long run, and I did not want to be on an automatic re-order.
Someone from their customer service dept did call me leaving me a message asking me if I wanted to "complete" my order. I called them back of which they did answer the phone and I explained I did complete my order and it had gone thru. I guess because I changed my order it looked like the first order didn't go thru. I have not had any problems...yet. They are not the only company out there that does this type of thing. I learned the hard way as well. You have to read the fine print and the terms and conditions when ordering anything (especially when having to do with diet pills or products) I seriously doubt any lawyer will be of any help because it's right there in the terms and conditions. Not saying it's fair or right, just saying they put it in there and it's not their fault people are not educated enough to know to where to read to find out the real deal. I'm just afraid the real rip off is gonna be the stuff does not work! :(

The sale rep. that I talked to on the phone straight up told me there was NO AUTO SHIPMENT AGREEMENT when I ordered my free trial because I asked them if I had to call and cancel the order if I wasnt happy with the product and she told me NO! that there was no auto shipment!

I was not informed ether in writing or any other way, that I would automatically be enrolled in a program of being ripped off every few Months, or be required to pay $49.95 to get out of the program. Also in the advertisement it is pointed out clearly that the Phentrazine 37.5 is safe for use by anybody, yet my Dr informed me to send the sample back, and under the label it is indicated that if you are a patient, with any one of a number of ailments, you should not take this stuff. This Co needs to be put out of business, they are worse than a Bank when it comes to ripping off the public.

umm, a bit of advice for anyone who wants to order anything that has a free-trial just pay shipping and handling ... USE A PRE-PAID with the exact amount needed! Don't add more funds to the card if u don't like it :)

I too just recently made the same mistake. But thanks to this board and all of your posts I just called and cancelled my credit card before the extra charges hit. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out now.

I had the same problem. After seeing the money taken out of my account, I did call the company and they said I could return for full refund (of $150). I mailed back the 2 bottles they said they never received the package therefore they would not refund my money. So I asked them to mail the product back and they wouldn't do it since they said they never received it. Luckily I saved the mailing receipt from the post office to prove that I did indeed ship it. It took me over 6 months working with the post office and the company, with multiple phone calls and persistence with the company and the post office (who were very helpful), that they finally did mail the bottles back to me. Never order anything like this on-line - it IS a rip off!
