On 12/19/06 I received a trail bottle of Phentrazine 37.5. On 1/8/07 I was charged another $149.95 from this same company for product I did not order or receive until 1/29/07. I contacted customer service and was informed that all sales are final and that returns will not be processed or refunded. This is a ripoff company.

Beware! Do not order a trial offer of phentrazine 37.5. Pe labs will charge you $149.95 without your authorization!

On December 15th 2006 I ordered a free sample of Phentrazine 37.5 from PELabs having to pay only the shipping cost of $4.95. On January 17th I noticed a charge on my credit card of $149.95 which I DID NOT authorize. When I called the company they said that since I agreed to the terms and conditions (which I did not, there were no fields for this) that I was responsible for the charges and they would not give me a refund. They even told me that if I tried to dispute it through my bank that I would be charged an additional $150 and I would be reported to the Credit Bureau. This company is misleading people. There is no explanation about the additional two bottles on the main page when you order. According to the company, this shows under the terms and conditions portion of the screen (after you click on it). If you had problems with this company please post your comments. It's the only way innocent consumers won't be scammed.

I ordered a FREE trial size bottle of phentrazine 37.5 at the beginning of December and only had to pay $4.95 S & H. I never received a sample. Last week I had a charge on my card for $150. When I called they said I would receive more pills. I did not order more pills. I hadn't even received my trial offer yet. Yesterday I received the trial offer, today the bigger order. I tried to fight them to get my money back, they said I agreed to terms and conditions. There were no terms and conditions. You did not have to agree to anything. I did order the sample, but I did not order the other, please it was Christmas shopping time.

I fell prey to these scammers as well. I agreed to pay the shipping cost of $4.95 for a sample of phentrazine 37.5. Like others, It was not long before I noticed another charge of $149.95 for an order I never placed. Before I noticed I even had a charge on my chard since the billing cycle had not ended and I had not received the billing statement yet, I received another shipment from PELabs. I immediately sent the shipment back via Express Mail along with signature confirmation. The package was returned to me because it was marked REFUSED. When i contacted my credit card agency they informed me PELabs claims I never returned the item. Since I have documented proof they refused the product return, I am relaying this proof to my credit card company so they can pursue the investigation. In the meantime, I have been contacted by a Collection Agency and am in the process of conferring with them.

I am writing the Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma, address which was posted on this page (BBB of Central Oklahoma
www: http://www.oklahomacity.bbb.org
Email: info@oklahomacity.bbb.org
Phone: [protected]

And strongly urge everyone to do the same. In fact since our e-mails are available to each other if we want to contact one another, I am strongly considering talking with a lawyer and was wondering if anyone else would be interested. Perhaps we could get a class action against PELabs. Someone has to take a stand sometime if we want this type of thing to cease on the internet.

Oh by the way, there was no link for me to click to read and type of terms of agreement. I pay close attention to that type of thing and that is why I felt safe doing this. Lesson learned.

I also looked at this website after seeing the ad for the 15 day free trial offer. I ALSO MADE SURE TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Consumers, please remember to always read the posted terms and conditions before signing an agreement. If you had, you would have read that you would automatically be charged 149.95 for the two months supply, and if there was no funds in the account, they would try other payment arraignments. After 3 tries, it says they can pursue legal actions. If you agreed and paid for the 15 day "free" trial, you also agreed to these terms, with or without reading them. So remember, always be a smart consumer and read the terms and conditions.

Just to let you know same thing happened to me.ordered the trial size 1 month later received trial. the very next day 2 more full size bottles. I'm sure when my statement comes I will be charged the 149.95 on my card. I will be talking to the BBB also. I will never order any trial of anything ever again.Another thing the pills make me very sick.

In Dec. I ordered and received a free sample of Phentrazine 37.5(I authorized 4.95 shipping charges). On Jan. 4, 2007 an additional charge of 149.95 was made to my credit card. I did not authorize this charge. I have not received any product as of Jan. 31, 2007. I called today to challenge this charge and was told that there were terms and conditions to the free sample. I saw no terms or conditions. They informed me that they made NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. If I refuse, delivery should this ever come, they will not give me a refund. They do not care if I want this or not. I was also told if I challenge this charge with my credit card that it will be considered a false claim and there will be a charge made by my credit card company of 150.00.

I also got the 15 day trial and ACTUALLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, however, I received an email on January 18, from "Jim@appliedlearningmedia.com" that the next shipment would be backordered because they were out and if I did not wish to receive the next shipment, to simply return his email with my statement to that fact. I returned the email on January 19, when I opened it and did just that because the pills weren't working. Thinking that it was taken care of, (silly me) today, February 1, I received the package with the two bottles in it. I'd forgotten about it and opened the package so I tried every way to contact them, and it isn't easy, however, with a copy of that email, I've contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charges. Please check your emails from this address and maybe you will have some luck. I'll keep you posted as to what happens to me. Good luck...

I also received a trial offer for $4.95 of Phentrazine 37.5 and a couple weeks later, I received another shipment for which I was charged $149.95. Believe me, I was very upset with this company. But, after reading the "Terms and Conditions" on https://usaveonpills.com/Phentrial/phentrial.html, it states:

"AUTOSAVINGS Program PHENTRAZINE 37.5 AP Offer $4.95: Free Trial Offer When you order a trial phentrazine less than $50.00 you will be enrolled in a one time AUTOshipment SAVINGS PROGRAM(ASP). With enrollment you will receive 1 TIME automatic shipment containing a 120-day cycle FOR THE SAME PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED A SAMPLE OF, FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $149.95. Your purchase will ship approximately a week before your current cycle runs out. Your card will be billed the reduced price of $149.95 WHICH IS a savings of over $60.00 with FREE SHIPPING. YOU HAVE 19 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOSAVINGS PROGRAM SHIPMENT BEFORE WE PROCESS YOUR CARD FOR PAYMENT if you do not wish to participate in the auto shipment savings program. ( a cancellation fee will be applied since you received your sample free with the agreement of THE auto shipment) if you do not want to participate in the auto shipment program you must call [protected] to place your original sample order. The SAME DAY WE CHARGE YOUR CARD YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED. WHEN the product is shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL. note TO CUSTOMER: You are receiving a free sample with the understanding that you are purchasing a full order within 30 days of original SAMPLE ORDER. This is to benefit you the customer by saving you money on both the sample starter pack and the regular monthly supply. In the event your auto shipment cannot be billed due to insufficient funds, cancellation of credit card, or cancellation of program membership you agree and understand you will be charged a termination fee which will consist of charges for the full price of the sample you received for free, any shipping and handling charges, and a cancellation fee."

Although, this is stated in the terms and conditions, this company should make sure that each customer must read the terms and conditions before being allowed to hit the submit button. I will definitely not use the $149.95 worth of pills, so I am out $150. This is just a huge lesson learned for me...always read the terms and conditions before agreeing to anything!

I also fell for this scam. Looking at the website now, there is a link for terms and conditions. But, I do not remember seeing it when I placed my order. My question is, when were the terms and conditions placed on the website...after we all ordered our free trials?

Rip off company, with Fake terms and conditions. I order a FREE sample of Phentrazine 37.5 and agreed to pay the shipping charge of 4.95. I just received two 60ct bottle for something that did not work for me. I was charged 149.95 that I didn't agree to or plan to order.

It is definitely not free. After ordering the product, I tried to contact them to get some more info on auto-ship, if there was any, and how much the product was. An 800 number on my bank statement had a recording asking that all questions; however when I call my credit card company they gave me a different 800 # to call [protected]). The customer service rep informed me that all sales are final and that returns will not be processed or refunded.

I fell for the same scam. I was doing a survey in Dec of 2006 and the special offer for the phentrazine.375 tablets popped up. After ordering the free trial (by the way there were no terms & conditions available on that page) I thought they were legit. Low and behold about 2 weeks after I received the free tablets, 2 more bottles showed up. Their are smart-they have you go to the post office to sign for receiving the free tablets, this way they have your signature as authorization. I definitely will not fall for this again. Good Luck everyone!

I agree with the others who tried this product. I didn't see a condition when I signed up either. I ordered the product to see if it would help me lose some hard to lose pounds. It made me sick and I only took one. You cannot get in touch with them easily. It is very difficult. After 15 days, here comes two bottles of this stuff. There is no literature in the package, no phone numbers or email contact. So thanks for the number and email address. I am using them immediately.

Its a good thing I decided to do a little research on the product before I signed up for the "Free Trial" .. Im sorry you all are out the $150 .. This company needs to be shut down .. and there are ways of doing so. Get an investigation going on their website .. You can find out when and if the "Terms and conditions" were added .. I have a feeling that they were only added after a slew of complaints came in to cover their assets.

There are numerous complaints within the last 20 days about this company. They have got pop-ups galore.. email solicitations etc ..keep the BBB involved and maybe even get a lawyer ..

I also placed an order for the trial size of phentrazine 37.5 at the web site www.usaveonpills.com. My instincts told me something was not right about the offer so I read over the terms and conditions twice. There was NO mention of the future shipment of 120 pills or the $140.00 charge on my credit card.

Since I was unemployed at the time, I did learn a valuable lesson. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I will listen to my instincts from now on

I placed an order for the Phentrazine 37.5 for a "free" sample just paying the shipment. I went ahead and placed an order for 90 pills for 79.95. There was NO mention of an auto shipment. I would not have reordered anyway as they made me sick. I WANT 79.95 deposited back into my account! And NOW! I will do whatever I can to get this place closed down. I did not authorize 149.00 to be taken from my account!

I to was taken by this scam and am very upset at this Company for taking me. I also went on line trying to find a pill like the Phenermine and found this site and placed the order for trail for 4.95. Nothing to my knowledge of the 2 bottles coming to me and charging my credit card another 149.95. I want my card credited and for some reason they do not answer phone # that is in their disclaimer nor do they have any info on their contact at bottom of their page to get in contact with someone their.

This is illegal and I want something to come of this. And probably will contact a lawyer to see what my options are.

This is outrageous! I cant believe a company can get away with this! I fell to their scam too! The post office left me a notice of products that are at their office to be picked up, I have not gone yet and I am not sure what to do. I have filed a dispute with my bank, but not sure how that will end up.

Same thing happen to me i called 15 times and 10 days later someone called me back I cancel the order but had to pay for the free 15 pills $39.50 and $10.00 to cancel, total $49.50. They said I will not get no more pills. Learn a lesson to read all terms and conditions when some companies say it is free.

Someone needs to shut this company down. After receiving the "free" sample I too received 2 bottles and a the $149.95 on my credit card. I still have the packaging that the 2 bottles came in and it says on the front, enjoy your free sample! I'm also going to complain to the post-office as it came USPS First Class Mail. I too will send a letter to the better business bureau in Oklahoma City.

I fell for this scam, also. I am certain that there were no "terms and conditions" when I ordered my "free" sample, as I am always looking for this sort of thing when ordering on the internet.

I believe they have added it later to their website in order to "protect" themselves.

I agree, this company needs to be shut down.

What can be done about this company... yes, I was ripped off also but I was not able to even see the terms and conditions as the website is "under construction". hmmmm, go figure. I contacted my card services and they will be investigating this but not sure what can be done. Did anyone get a refund from their card? Or am I stuck with this mistake... I did not even receive a receipt with the shipment... shouldn't I have?
