On 12/19/06 I received a trail bottle of Phentrazine 37.5. On 1/8/07 I was charged another $149.95 from this same company for product I did not order or receive until 1/29/07. I contacted customer service and was informed that all sales are final and that returns will not be processed or refunded. This is a ripoff company.

Beware! Do not order a trial offer of phentrazine 37.5. Pe labs will charge you $149.95 without your authorization!

Hi all!

Yep same story here... all of a sudden i check my bank acct & i was negative... 149.95 plus banks fees,so the company completely messed up my bank acct. I ran into major problems cause of this company & i felt like no one would help me at all.

So i went to my bank & they did a full investigation. I had days of running around for all these different documents.Visa refunded me back my money they made a major complaint again this idiots!

I must admit the pills made me feel good but no weight loss... i was so upset don't worry everyone they will get there's!

What goes around come around!

I ordered the free trial of Phentrazine 37.5 back in January. I received my 15 day trial of pills a week later. 15 days later, another $150.00 was deducted from my account. I have never been able to even contact this company. I also never received the other two bottle of pills. I never authorized this second payment to come out of my account and they did not even hold up to their end and send the rest of the pills. This is a fraudulent company and I hope everyone reads these complaints before attempting to ever order anything from them. I also have contacted the Better Business Bural.

I received a package from this company and I did not open it but I sent it back and I would like my refund on my credit card. I have tried to call but always get a busy signal. I have learned my lesson, do not give anyone your credit card number.

I fell for the same scam. In looking into it later I found there was a link to the terms that explained the full charges. The link was almost unreachable but once I reached it the lettering was so small it was almost unreadable.

After I got scammed I started using the pills... oddly enough... they worked. I would buy more, but not at that price and not from that company!

I received the trail pkg which I agreed to pay the 4.95. The date was april 30 2007. Then on may 24 2007 I received a pkg which I did not accept. I had the slaughters ky 42456 post office to return the product unopened. Then I called my bank and a withdrawer of 149.95 was deducted from my account. The bank (US BANK HANSON, KY) advised me to cancel my debit card so they couldn't do that again. I believe this is fraudulent use of my debit card. I should have known better with all the scams. I really would like to have my money back. The 149.95 which I did not authorize.

This company did the exact same thing to me, I ordered the trial for $4.95 and was charged and received 2 more bottles and they charged my account without my permission! I tried to return the bottles but was told I could not all sales were final!

I have posted about this Co. before. It is a ripoff and I have been fighting it since Feb. My question is: has anybody ever actually won their case or complaint against these ripoff artists?

I too ordered free trial and was charged $149.95 and my credit card company says there is nothing they can do. But I also sent back the pills (unfortunately not certified) because I did not think about it or want them to get more money out of me. I am going to continue to fight this. I did not see anything about being sent more either. They should not be allowed to get away with ripping us off.

I never ordered the item and I never wanted to product. I was charged twice there trail package and then acquired this random charge for 149.95. I called customer service as well and got no help. It is a shame that a company can charge you for items you do not want and did not purchase at all. I hope that the whole company goes bankrupt. The are the worst company ever. I had an extra 150.00 I would have joined a gym and a case of water and still had money left over.

I am in the same boat as the rest of you. I too ordered the trial 4.95 and when I looked on my account and saw that 149.95 was taken out I was shocked. I did not agree to any more pills nor did I give them permission to deduct anything from my account. I will call my bank and change my card so this will not happen again. Also I have not received any product from this low life business. I hope they truly get what they deserve and I don't know how they can go to sleep at night with all of this on their mind because I know they don't have a conicence.

The same D@!$ thing happened to me. This should not only be a lesson to all of us who were scammed, but THIS entity of SCAMMERS claiming to be a legitimate company needs to be reckoned with before it does this to anyone else. Unfortunately because this happened to be and lots of other people out there other legitimate companies will loose business from people who refuse to have this happen to them again. Hopefully some how some way this will turn into a class action lawsuit we can all be apart of and shut this company and this type of behavior down.

I too was suckered in by these people. I also did not see a terms and conditions. I e-mailed them after trying the pills to tell them that I could not take the pills, because they made me very sick. They e-mailed me back saying to check my account. I can't even find my account on their site. That's probably because I don't even have one since I did not agree to receive anymore pills. Now I'm out $149.00, because 2 days after I sent them an e-mail saying I could not take it, They sent 2 more bottles. These people are nothing but crooks. I too will get in touch with the BBB.

I too, ordered the free trial with no mention at all of being automatically enrolled. I did call the company to make sure that I would not receive automatic shipments and was told to go online and fill out a ticket to ensure that I would be enrolled in their program (which there is no mention of) and was still charged 149.95 which my bank reversed and I will now have to cancel my card. They are crooks.

I ordered 15 Day FREE trial sample of Phentrazine 37.5 pills that according to your website did the exact same thing as Adipex-P for a much cheaper price. I agreed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling . I however did not agree to any auto shipments nor did I place any further orders. I was on line one day and saw where other people had been sent and charged astronomical amounts for pills automatically that they did not order. Therefore I called your company which no one answers the phone to and left a message for customer service to call me back ASAP. Your “Customer Service Department ,” as you call it , called me back only to tell me that they could not help me but I could get help at usaveonpills.com. I could go to this website and do a live chat and take care of everything there. I went to the website and there was no way to do a live chat. There was a link there but again no one answered. So I sent an e-mail stating that if there was an autoship on this product I had not agreed to it and did not want it. I clearly stated that the pills did not work and I was not happy with the product. I have taken Adipex-P before and this is nothing like it nor did it do anything for me. I informed them not to send any more pills. I was told everything was taken care of and there would be nothing else sent out to me. On 3-15-07 you had $149.95 taken out of my account without my permission, where I come form this is called STEALING. On 3-24-07 I received 2 bottles of these pills that do absolutely nothing and that were not ordered. I have never received any invoice so I cannot refer to a shipping or invoice number.

I have called my bank and am disputing the amount taken from my account. I have also contacted my attorney and alerted him of the situation. I am returning the unordered pills and asking for a full refund to my account. If the full $149.95 is not credited back to my account on return of the autoship pills, I will proceed with legal action.

I was so mad when I received my statement and they had charged me 149.95 for a sample that I was told I could get if I paid shipping only. They need to be stopped and we need to get our money back.

Read the terms and conditions on the last page. Oh my goodness! I can't believe they get away with it. You pay $4.95 for the shipping and handling, "do nothing and after your 15 day trial, we will automatically send you your 30 day supply for this low price of $149.95" You do nothing and they bill you for that. However, if you get the 15 day trial for $4.95 and then cancel, they charge you a cancellation fee of almost $50.00 simply because you used their product and they have to make some kind of profit over it.

What is this world coming to?

I too was ripped off. With a family of 5 to support and my husband the only one working (United States Army) we can not afford to get ripped off for $149.95. If anyone has any ideas on how i can get our money back I am all ears. Oh yeah the one time shipment i got charged for, I never even received.

I also ordered the sample product for $4.95. One week later my bank account was charged $149.95. I few day later the package arrived in the mail. I called them and they told me about the 'term and conditions". They are just a rip off company. You are right the pills does not work.

I also ordered a trial sample for 4.95 and 2 days after I received sample I happened to go online and check my account to discover 149.95 taken out of my account. I did call and was told that I agreed to the terms & conditions. I was so upset that I just hung up. I disputed the charge on my account and got my money back from my bank but I also had to block my card number and order a new one. In the mean time I received a notice for a parcel that I had to sign for at the post office, I refused it. Something needs to be done about this company, no one in their right mind would order a sample product and also agree to 149.95 more. The whole purpose was to see if I could take it and if it would work before ordering more. Now I just waiting to see because I am sure I will receive a bill in the mail since they can not run charges on my debit card. I WILL NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE FOR THIS SCAM!

I have learned a lesson "Never sign for, or Never accept a package, or OPEN a package from any delivery, Post Office, UPS, FED X, anybody again.

Make sure when you order that you call that Company, 1st and speak to someone of that company 1st. Now, I will call my credit card Company to fight you people, in order to get my money back.

I have a complaint to, but I did not order the trial size. What happened to me was that I went to order the trial size, saw the terms and conditions...(when you order the trial, you get automatically enrolled in a shipment) so I went ahead and ordered the 2 month supply with express shipping. My order was over $93! 7 days later I received a trial size bottle, I immediately tried to contact the company but kept getting voicemails! No one ever called me back. Finally 2 weeks later, out of frustration, I called the sales department. The girl told me they shipped the trial by accident and she would send out the correct shipment immediately. That was the beginning of February. It is now March 15th and I have repeatedly called the company. I can never get in touch with anyone, I always get a voicemail, and no one ever calls me back. I have submitted 6 help tickets online, to which I always get a copy of the terms and conditions. Obviously they aren't reading my question. I finally placed fraudulent charge complaint with my bank, and they have given me all the money back and placed a complaint against the company for fraud. Don't EVER buy from them! Their customer service stinks!

My daughter who is 16 yrs old got my credit card and thought that she was ordering a 4.95 sample. I caught her in my office just as she was printing the confirmation . I sent an e-mail to phentrazine to explain what had happened. And was told that all sales were final, and the order would be processed, and it was. These people don't care about anything but money. They must be shut down before they hurt someones child. I was was floored when yet another shipment was received and a charge of 149.00 was applied to my credit card.

Just wanted to thank everyone for the great advise. I had been receiving e-mails for this the past few months and was still considering weather or not to order when I did a search and came across these comments. Not only do I not want to be scammed, it sounds like the product hasn't worked for anyone who has tried it. I am so sorry to hear about the trouble that this company has caused everyone. Best of luck to you all on getting your money back and putting them out of business. Thanks again, Jennifer.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered the trial for $4.95 and just received 2 more bottles that where charged to my card. Of course, you can't get thru to complain to the company. I hope they don't keep sending more every month or so since they have my credit card number. Does anyone know if they will keep sending? or do they just scam you for the $150? I am sending my complaint to the BBB of OK and hope to get my money back that way!

What can be done about this company... yes, I was ripped off also but I was not able to even see the terms and conditions as the website is "under construction". hmmmm, go figure. I contacted my card services and they will be investigating this but not sure what can be done. Did anyone get a refund from their card? Or am I stuck with this mistake... I did not even receive a receipt with the shipment... shouldn't I have?

Something HAS to be done to this situation--- The $150.00 will not kill me--- but I am MAD AS HELL!

This scam should not only be brought to light but this company should be made as an example of total disrespect for their "customers".

I'll bet their repeat business is ZERO!

I also ordered the "free sample" and have since been charged $149.95, out of my bank account. Have called several times and emailed, to no avail. Yes, we were ripped off. And I hope someone can find a lawyer who would be willing to file charges against this company for all of us. There must be thousands of us out there. This place needs to be shut down.

Count me in as well. I also wrote the BBB and have a court case number [protected], hopefully they will be shut down soon..Please contact your local Better Business Bureau and CBS dose need to be contacted about the scam...they were a huge contributer, they need to do better research as well. I ordered the pills on the 1st of March... and i have seen people order these pills since 2006 ..so this has been going on for way too long.

I fell for this scam, also. I am certain that there were no "terms and conditions" when I ordered my "free" sample, as I am always looking for this sort of thing when ordering on the internet.

I believe they have added it later to their website in order to "protect" themselves.

I agree, this company needs to be shut down.

Someone needs to shut this company down. After receiving the "free" sample I too received 2 bottles and a the $149.95 on my credit card. I still have the packaging that the 2 bottles came in and it says on the front, enjoy your free sample! I'm also going to complain to the post-office as it came USPS First Class Mail. I too will send a letter to the better business bureau in Oklahoma City.
