Peak Parking / Premier Parking Enforcement review: Car illegally booted

The lot number that this complaint is regarding is 2620 located on Elm street in Dallas, TX. I parked in this lot at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Sunday 7/23/23 and paid until 6:00 p.m., that is as late as the app would allow me to pay and it would not go past that time. There is zero signage that says operating hours in this lot and so I made the assumption that since the app would not allow me to pay after 6:00 p.m. that the parking after that time on a Sunday evening was free. I came back to my vehicle at approximately 11:00 p.m. to find it booted. When agent ID 77 came to remove the boot I asked him to show me where I was supposed to have seen that I was not able to park in this lot after 6:00 p.m. and he was not able to show me, all he could say is that the lot is turned over to the club next door at 7:00 p.m. I asked him to show me how I was supposed to know that the club took over the lot at that time and he again was not able to show me anything. He completely extorted me out of $130 to remove the boots with zero communication or posted evidence of metered pay times or the situation with the club. I was absolutely taken advantage of and I am more upset about the principal than the money at this point. I can't even imagine how many other people he has done this to. That lot needs to have much better signage and it needs to make it clear on the app that after 6:00 p.m. you are not allowed to park there, not just how it's currently set up where it only allows you to pay up until 6:00 p.m. and give you no notice that the lot is being closed after that
