It's quite possible that Peacock is not aware of the complaints or rarely monitors their existence because we find it hard to believe they don't care about their customers. Peacock Streaming on Peacock

You did your fans a disservice by putting a playoff game on a paid streaming sight. I'm on a very limited budget and I could either pay $6 to stream a game I really wanted to watch or give up 3 meals. I chose to eat and my meals aren't extravagant by any stretch of imagination. Peacock 5 piece kids travel luggage set order number nbcp52457

I ordered the item on 11-22-21 order number NBCP52457. I sent 2 emails requesting a tracking number. Their response was: You will hear back from one of our customer agents shortly. I sent another email today as I still didn't hear from customer service Customer service has been terrible. I want an update on the order and when I can expect to receive it.
