Received a coin in 2024 which appeared to be a novelty item for $144.00. How insulting. I called canceled and immediately returned it with the label PCS provided. For a year I have been receiving dunning letters and threats. My latest letter dated June 2026 threated to send it to collection. I could care less. I am reporting them/you to the Illinois Attorney General and Consumer Fraud. The coin was probably worth about $5.00 but it certainly was not worth $144.00 and the letters that all get an immediate response are followed with another dunning letter and treat. Seriously! Crooks don't win they get stopped.
Claimed loss: Collection attempts for $144.00 for over a year.
Desired outcome: Stop the threats. I will not be intimidated and I will not pay for something that was worthless and returned,
