PC Richards And Sons review: Complaint

Hi my name is queen holman, I purchased a playstation 5 for my son on 12/24/22 for a christmas gift. The game is running hot and shutting off, my husband reached out to one of the managers and his response was they can not exchange the game which that is their policyand to reach out to sony. I reached to sony and explained the situation and the store said we have to contact them, he stated that is not true we had to deal with the store which I know that wasn"t true. I called them back and spoke to another supervisor and he tried to explain to me the same thing and the store manager was not available. that was the last one in the store, so I told them that I work hard for my money and I dont have $600.00 to give away I will be contacting BBB because this is not a policy for having a game for 5 days thats impossible, my son is crying because he cant enjoy his gift. can someone please reach out to me, these stores like this should get in trouble for selling products like this for all this money. thank you Queen Holman
