We have been with pay safe for quite a while now and we use them in our day-to-day business. It is frustrating to call customer service and with no type of resolutions. When asked to speak to a supervisor states no supervisor. We have 2 case numbers on a charge back but yet pay safe when still under review wants to pull the money to hold but why? When we won both 2 of the cases and currently in the final stage but yet sends us an invoice to pay? Also pay safe wants to hold money being deposited when we batch because they are not able to pull the fees from us. I call them at least once a week for the same issue, it gets resolved and back to square one. We are a car dealership, and we make pay safe tons of money but yet cannot take care of us the customer. We are considering moving to a different company if this issue does not get resolved.
