My account has now been blocked for “security reasons” for six full days. No transactions have been made via the PaySafeCard system — unless, of course, registering the account and making a first deposit of €50 (which was promptly frozen) counts as suspicious activity.
The ID verification? Oh, that was accepted without issue.
The support service? Well… it doesn’t exist — not a single reply to any of my submitted requests or questions. Silence is golden, I suppose.
The funds in the account are neither withdrawable nor transferable to another account.
At this point, I’m inclined to consider PaySafeCard less of a financial service and more of an impressively well-organized trap — one that handles user data carelessly, unprofessionally, and with a level of “security” that conveniently benefits only one side.
Recommendation: I strongly recommend steering clear of this PaySafeCard outfit and keeping your money somewhere a bit more... accessible.
