This has been going on for 4 days just like the other complaints. First they said it will be 24 hours. next its 48 hours. Well now it has been 4 days and noone has contacted me. The customer service is terrible. They hang up and its only 1 person who answers. I have called back to back and Jared Lee is the only person seems to work there. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN
