When [censored] hits the fan.
6/17/25 At first was great but now they have not fixed an issue on "Their end" for two weeks now and I just keep getting the same answer from them. That they are working on it. So far it does not seem to be getting resolved. My balance was resolved straight out of my paycheck but they still say I have a balance.
6/18/25 it has now been since 6/6/2025 this error has not been resolved.
I have chatted once every morning and evening since then with random people online telling me that it's been escalated and will be resolved within 24 hours, 48 hours, a couple of days, a couple of hours... every excuse in the book. Told me a supervisor would call twice. Nothing yet. Responded to this review non trust pilot, told me to send another email. No response as of yet. I will keep updating every day as this goes by. below is their response. So, I decided to go a review them everywhere. Until they realize I am not joking, fix my account.
