Disputed charges that were disapproved
I received the Visa card from payouts. Amount. was for $1800 originally issued by Crown Coins Casino. Hours after I activated the card $1200 was charged by someone else they can charge charges to a number places including target in the middle of the morning. I put a dispute and they said they couldn’t justify reimbursing me the money. I am out $1250. Absolutely ridiculous. I suggest that anyone who gets or is going to get a Visa card as a gift card do not have it go through the company called payout.
Recommendation: Be very careful find out where the gift card is being issued from
