Paw and Pet.co review: Ordered dog bed from company and never received 2

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I saw dog beds listed on FB by PawandPet.co and I thought off the bat that something might not be right since it was .co instead of .com I searched for bad reviews on the internet and couldn't find good or bad. Just found out today that their FB page was created July 22, 2022. I ordered an extra large dog bed for $24.95 on Aug 4th. Order number PP8786. After three weeks, I messaged them on FB messenger and got no reply. I did have a confirmation email from them after my order was placed. I emailed them at that address. Like the others, I got a response from Reno Mascarin that said:

"We did get an update from our fulfillment center and as our website states, there is a one-week waiting period as we fulfill orders based on priority. Due to the increased social media attention, we have gotten, our products are selling quickly. Therefore, causing a waiting period for the orders to be shipped. If you would like to cancel the order, you will be taken out of your current spot and it will be given to another customer.

We understand this may cause a major inconvenience, however, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Please allow some time for us to have the item delivered and you may always follow back up with us via email in regards to your order we'll be more than happy to provide you with an update."

I then said I would like to cancel my order and there has been no communication since. Last communications was on Monday, Aug, 22, 2022. I am filing a dispute with my credit card.

They also have turned off their FB comments so we can't warn others about this fraud.
