Paw and Pet Co review: Orders not received but money taken

I ordered a dog bed in 2021 from this company {order#DB030D69EF] The $16.95 was deducted from my account but I never received the product. Then on 10/2/22 I received an email that a product was ordered at 10;35am on that day{BD02E02C178]. I did not order this product but the $29.95 was deducted from my account. So at this point they have deducted $46.90 from my account and I have no products. I would like to get this money back since I did not get anything for my money.
