Paughco review: Fraud - Investment Con Man - Theft 1

Ron Paugh, founder, owner and president of Paughco, Inc. is a very crafty and sneaky man who is driven by one single thing - money.

Ron was the sole board member of a sham of a software company, Secure Resolutions, Inc in Mesa AZ where he and the so called president there, Douglas Cottle were in a multi-year scam to defraud potential investors of millions of dollars.

Douglas and his wife Kyla, have been convicted in federal court on multiple charges including defrauding investors of millions of dollars by selling them shares in the company, without a brokerage license, and then completing false company financial statements showing huge growth and profits, while never filing any financial reports with the government. They also have been convicted of not paying payroll taxes foe multiple years totaling over $3, ooo, ooo in back taxes, fines and interest payments.

Mr. Paugh was well aware of the shenanigans going on at Secure Resolutions being the sole board member and signinig off on many, if not all of the fraudulent finacnial statements made by Kyla Cottle using Photoshop and Wordperfect.

Ron Paugh lured dozens and dozens of investors into seminars held at five star hotels where he and Mr. Cottle would repeatedly state that teh company was growing like a rocket ship and was going to go public on NASDAQ "next year" and return a 500% gain on any size investment.

Ron Paugh should be in jail for his fraudulent participation and encouraging support of the Cottle scam that he was a huge part of. As you can see, if he is stelaing and lying in the software business, he is going to steal and lie and cheat you when you want motoercycle parts for your Harley!
