Patio850 review: Employees not being paid on time or at all

Thank you for taking this complaint seriously. I worked for a company called Patio850, located in Lakeland FL, which has failed to pay me (and others) what money is still owed after my departure. I’ve had multiple employees (who are still employed) tell me they also haven’t been paid timely and that money is owed to them. It has been past 30 days since I was expecting my last pay check. I am owed at total of $234.89 (tips) Plus a full work week,40hours, at a min wage. My partner (another employee at patio) is also owed 40hours pay at an hourly rate $14.00 per hour. Please help me solve this issue ASAP.
