Parkrand – Thearts form your staff

I am highly upset with the service Postnet Park rand has provided me and the threats I received.
I asked a simple question with the word if in and now I am telling them I said they are lying and was told I am abusing them.
I don’t know who this person is and who they think they are. All I have been getting is [censored] service nonstop and no answers! All I get told is use someone else and yeah, we can send it without looking at the items I am sending. All I wanted to know is it fine to send the items or not and as you can see by the chats I am not abusing anything NOR SAID THEY ARE LYING! NOR AM I SEND THREATS OUT!

This is what I asked.

thank you and if i dont send a teddy bear i am very sure everything will fit into a envelope the size of A4 if everything is sealed in bag ? are that item welcome or not because IF you are lying to me and i get fined i will show them the proof that you said it clear. Where did I say they are lying!

So please do tell me where I was abuse due to lacking of staff reading the messages correctly and cant provide me with answers and putting words into my mouth. So who do I speak to regarding this matter
