Parkdean Resorts | Parkdean Resorts Holidays review: Cancelation not available

I've been trying to cancel my holiday for months with no joy every number every email takes us back to the website were there is no way of canceling it only most asked questions we used one of the emails from your site and are waiting a reply this was a final last resort as we even when to the site to speck to them they said on there webpage was open only to travel all that way to find them closed till march the other two emails on your site come back as error or not in use if you could help min this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
