parfumelle.com review: Seller ignores me

I ordered fragrance from the website www.parfumelle.com. After I made the order and paid for it, I received the email from the seller, and he told me that this fragrance was out of stock. I told them to return money, but they offered me to buy other fragrance with the discount. I agreed, but I never received it and the seller didn’t reply to my emails. I don’t know what to do now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
