Paragon Security

9199 Yonge street, Beverly Hills condo. Absolutely worst security guard I've ever come across. Belligerent, arrogant, rude, and antagonistic. Will scream obscenities down hall as your walking away and get in your face. I walked in to make a complaint, he said he "didn't care" when I said it's his job he stood up reused his voice and said "don't you dare give me an attitude" frustrated, I went to supervisor. Supervisor said he'd take complaint down, and chat with him "he's new"- all is good- checking mail(cause arrogant guard wasn't there) turn around and he's right in the doorway for me to leave mail room. Said "excuse me" and made motion to side. He just stared at me and refused to move. So I went (less than 2 feet) beside him to leave. He turns towards me staring at me. I say "what's the problem" he looks at my, less than 20 pound puppy, and says "you better watch your dog, she touched me" I replied, "well, you didn't want to move and you purposely stayed close to me, I have a dog, she might sniff or touch you if your that close, oh well, don't get so close to me" he responded "I will f-Ing call animal control and get you ur dog taken away". I told him "than stay away from me" and he continued to threaten my dog because when we tried to get by him she apparently sniffed him or something. I responded very loudly "leave me the "f" alone and don't talk to me again" and I walked away. As I doing so he literally screamed down the hallway. "F you you f-ing [censored]" I got so upset I turned around to confront him. I walked up to that same door and he took two steps in my face and I told him "what you gonna do, hit me? Do it, I hope you do." At that point he laughed and said "f you you f-Ing loser"and he said it about three times on repeat. I asked frustrated "really? All this because I said excuse me?!" Laughed again and just repeated "you f-Ing loser." As loud as he could 2 inches from my face. I said something about him being a loser security guard and left. He was still screaming it all the way down the hallway as I left until I was completely gone.

I live in a 1 year old condo in the heart of Port Credit. I've worked for security companies before and I always heard that Paragon Security was one of the worse. While some of the guards that work at my building are very polite and have a great work effort (always see them walking around) however the new recent supervisor and a couple specific guards are just terrible. I recently came to my boiling point when I got a ticket for over night parking even know I followed the rules and got a parking pass for the whole weekend. The supervisor was rude and kept lying to me, telling me he didnt know what guard was working. I was able to find out what guard it was and to my surprise he spoke very very poor english, claimed that there was no pass and then just walked away. needless to say im fighting this in court. I sure hope this is the last time i ever have to deal with paragon security.
