I rented an apartment from this Management Company I was unaware the apartment was invaded with roaches not untill I moved in all my furniture at night they all started coming out. The apartment was so unsafe for me and my children the windows had no safety locks, the onsite manager is running a buisness every weekend without a permit taking over all the parking spaces with all her customers. When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned I really didn't care at the moment because I wanted to move in I thought I could clean it myself which I did. When I moved out I gaved a 30 day notice I called the Pama management to informed them I had moved out I asked when could I pick up my deposit I didn't think their would be a problem because I left the apartment in better conditions than how I received it. The lady who handles the deposits at the management company told me I could pick up my deposit 23 days later she had to wait for the paper work from the onsite manager, after calling the office multiple times she stated I could pick up my check.
I arrived at the office after waiting for 1 hour she finally comes out with the paper wk and my check my deposit was $600 come to find out they only wanted to return 130.00 she stated the used most of the deposit in fixing the unit which is not true because they rented the unit like a week later till this day the windows till do not have locks I took pictures and video tape of the unit when I moved out and thing they put on the paper wk that supposely have been missing are video taped they lied I did not accept the check because I don't think its fair. I would like to proceed with court but it has been about 7 months of this and I do not have time because I work full time Monday-Friday but would like my money back and would like to stop this company from taking advantage of people.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I live in the Marengo apts in Pasadena California the manager Juana Moran and she's Claudia Moran gonsales mother the supervisor for the Pasadena apts and her dad the jardiner Alberto Moran and the son Alberto Moran junior works in office uncle and ant are managers two this Moran family. Wants to be rich by stealing money from undocumented people that rent in her apts that Claudia supervises Claudia and her mom are the main ones the send a painter the husband of the Garfield manager to get lots material and then returns most of it for a refund at the store and then Claudia puts it the full receipt ### a thing called petty cash and gets checks for mace 2, 000-4, 000 a mounth that she puts in her moms rents and gets 4, 000 in cash out. Claudia and the Moran famali. Are. Destroying pama reputation the apt are nasty
Pama, management people are ruthless, unprofessional, uncaring, and most of all, the epitome of the phrase, "Slumlords" my daughter has been renting a 3 room unit for her, her stepson, and his dad, for over a year...she pays 800 dollars a month, and they mind their own business, and pay their rent every month, from the first day they came to live in this modified motel, they have experienced, roaches, continual plumbing problems, so bad that the waste from other units back up into her tub. The manager is a gossiper, and she has her nose up in every ones business, these things you have to learn to just ignore, and she claims that the management company does not allow their tennants to step outside of their back doors, they must stay inside! what landlord tells you you cannot step outside of your home? well it seems that 2 days ago out of a clear blue sky, PAMA MGT. company delivered a letter to her at 8:00 at night stating they were giving them 60 days to vacate...my daughter was horrified, and could not think of a single reason as to why they were being asked to move. If anything, they are the one family who keeps to themselves, and doesn't mess with anyone, she goes to work, her son goes to school, and they come home for dinner, and to bed. So when she called the office in the morning, she asked to speak to the owner of her property, and of course they would not tell her who that would be, so a man came on the phone and stated he was the CFO he was rude, nasty and as uncaring as a person could be, told her that he didn't have to tell her anything, and with a smirk in his voice, pretty much just blew her off, he said, she had to pay rent for the next 2 months if she wanted to stay there for that time, and if she didn't pay her rent, she would be ordered out in 3 days, end of story! It's like they disrupt people's lives, and dont care or give a damn... If only people like my daughter and her family who are just trying to get on their feet could afford legal representation...but that's another issue, so PAMA Mgt. with their "F" rating with the BBB, and their tretchourous employees will continue to treat the poor and stuggling like dirt, and take advantage of every penny that they can, i'm hoping that she gets her deposit back, because she has nothing else to relocate with, but i'm sure PAMA will find something wrong within their apartment to try to keep some of it, so, please if you have had any problems with this company and their barbaric practices, please make it public! that's all we can seem to do, obviously PAMA MGT CO has no human compassion!
I am currently a resident with Pama Management, I have been for a little over a year and ah half. I'eve never paid my rent late and rarely have any complaints. Ive recently complained becaus my apartment is infested with roaches... to my surprise the manager of my complex tells me the company is "pissed" because they sprayed last month, mind you my complex has about 24 units and they only spray 6 units at a time... I told her I also viewed multiple complaints online as well as a F rating with the BBB. My managers response was shocking, "well mija all there going to tell you is if you don't like it to move out" WOW?! I'm just shocked and really want something done to this company! I had to get my stove fix and give them Five months to fix it and the thanksgiving Holiday was coming up so I got it fix and now they are trying to evicted me because i took it out of the rent the acting manager is stupid and the management team is just as stupid is there anyone out that can assist me with this matter this is a personal matter with the manager and there nothing stating that I have to fix things that I don't own please email at lorabridges49@yahoo.
I live at 1072 nocta st. And the manager is a ###! She tells the tenants she's going to get rid of all the mexicans and only allow whites...they never fix anything on time.
well i stay on the ones in rosemead and i notice my son had all this bites so i moved my bed i had allthis bed bugsss there was so manyyy i had to trow it out i had to take my son to the doctor i think this is ### we pay so much to have a place like that i have a baby on the way and most likely im gona be moving pout cause they just keep fumigating and the animas are still there and plus i need my deposit i think thats ### i need to wait 21 days after i move ###tttt
i dont know where u guys live but i live in el monte and pama has work out great for me they have help me when i had an emergency and wasnt able to pay my rent on time since i had a good record of payments they made an exception and im verry thank full with them my maintanace was great and i dont see howw people say the apartment is better after they moved out then when they move in if it was so bad why do u move in i realy like my place
PAMA MANAGEMENT IS crap! they nd 2 b put out of bizness period ! They r totally irresponsible, NOT PROFWSSIONAL . AND TAKE RESPONSIBILTY 4 NOTHING! THEY TRY 2 FLIP THE BAD AND INTIMIDATE U THE TENANT. I reside now in apt owned by pama ad in 2 wks im out of here due to sheriff lock out . ( yes i paid my rent ) they r threatened by me 4 other factors, clogged toilets, plumbing, roaches, no keys to my own dam door, leaking ceiling ( for 1 month) water damage, mold, and just yesterday ... my water herater leaking water and gas . flooded my apt. and lady dwn stairs . . oh and if dangerous pets are not allowed y does the ghetto fabolous manager have one in her apt?my personal belongings got damaged and they r not willing to pay me a dime . at one point hey said they would if i have receipts, ok no prob, now that i provide them with that u better believe the story hanged ! as of today i was tld no . I DNT HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE SO IM SCREWED! I DNT EVEN C THAT OPTION IN MY LEASE .. AND POINT BLANK . IF THEYD FIX CRAP INTHE 1ST PLACE AS NEEDED, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR EXCUSES OR THREATS !
