I am staying at the KOA campground in Pendleton, Oregon since 2014. On January 18th the KOA campground workers with their manager Jon sprayed with spray guns a wagon that is staged next to my 5th wheel, they also sprayed a wooden fence that is part of my site. On January 21st I washed my truck and noticed spots all over it. I took it to Pendleton Auto Body and they told me this was over-spray. Since this is a brand new truck I didn't want the paint to be further damaged. I took it to A Cut Above Detail in Walla Walla, Washington and had it fixed. This cost me out of pocket $1415.69. The owner Derek also told me that this was caused by over-spray. I spoke with the KOA managers Jon and Kana and they are refusing to accept responsibility and to reimburse me for something they caused. I also need to mention they showed no remorse or empathy and also no accountability.
Desired outcome: would like to be reimbursed for the damage they caused.

KOA management is dodging responsibility. Take them to small claims court with your receipts and expert statements from the body shop. Their negligence, their bill.
