I ask for returned on "Paddle.Net Restoro Paddle.com NY (after seeing it for 10 minutes ) which they sent me a refund for @21.44 which the Bank shows but then they charged $29.98 $40.50 which they for what ever reason didn't refund. -- you still own me 70.48 _ its clear this a CON JOB - LIKE a phone number to call on this plus my $70.48 ---(Windows10 came in a folder with a RED X on downloading show problems with program)
