Paddle Net Restoro review: File restoring app

I canceled this a year ago after I noticed an renewal fee of $51.92 CDN because it didn't work and I asked for a refund. Obviously I didn't hear from them and accepted the loss. On April 3rd I suspended my Bank of Montreal Mastercard in case they tried taking another renewal fee. Today is April 14th and I noticed they managed to take another $51.92 renewal fee even though I suspended the card. I don't know how they did that. Today is Friday, but on Monday I'll got to the bank and aske them why it happened. But in the meantime, I'm really frustrated with this out fit. it appears they're stealing money from people for a product that doesn't work and that these people don't even want. Is there anything I can do? I don't even know how to contact them. In short, this company steals money and should be stopped from doing any kind of business. Thanks
