As a retired buisness owner I must agree with John Alden. Too many times in this new age of Internet bashing, nasty vile little low life people become jealous of someone else's success and slander that businesses reputation. I find it interesting that they never ever sign their names or properly identify themselves.

Because of that, I feel that laws should be and must be enacted to protect a business from this unfair and criminal activity that hurts the business. There should be criminal charges filed against the Internet bulletin boards that allow this anonymous buisness bashing and the perpetrators of the slanderous message should be fined and jailed.

This nation is falling into a third world status due to the destructive habits of malicious and ignorant people who try to destroy the companies that drive economics that support the rest of government and the government hand outs they usually live on. Wake up America before its too late!

As an American, I urge you to contact your senators and congress people to create laws that stop anonymous Internet bashing! It harms us all.

We are so very sorry to an ex-employee express themselves in this manner. This kind of "bashing" is shameful and at the very least disrespectful towards a company that gave this person an opportunity at a career. We give all our employees extended training and support. We promote from within. Just last week we promoted four employees to new positions and created a position for another.

As a family owned and operated company for over 15 years, with an A rating from the Better Business Bureau, we focus on complete customer satisfaction. We have grown steadily year after year and have opened our newest office in San Francisco. Does this sound like the kind of company that does the things this ex-employee describes? As for our employees, the above mentioned employee was counseled, then after repeat offenses pertaining to his lack of customer service was warned in writing and eventually terminated.
As for his claims about the Do Not Call list, if we call you and you are on the list, let us know and we'll remove you from our phone list. You got called because we purchase lists from companies that compile such lists. Your name may have been put on that list back in 1987 before the DNC list was even enacted. But if by chance you get a call and you are on the list, like I said, let us know and we'll happily take you off. We may even send you a Starbucks card for your trouble!

We work on the principle that "Business Is People". Take care of people, be they your customers, your employees, your vendors and they will all take care of you.
