PA Distribution uses the name and good reputation of various not for profit foundations to lure contracted employees to perform distributions of promotional materials for the non-profs upcoming fund raising events. PA Distribution wants you to believe you are helping these great events, and making a little extra income.
But PA Distribution doesn't pay you for your hard work, lots of walking, parking meters paid, gas and tolls. We know close to a half dozen workers/contractors who he has scammed out of upwards of $20, 000. And the non-profs do nothing about it because they don't want the bad publicity.
It's misappropriation of funds, theft and scamming using someone else's reputation.
Stay far away from PA Distribution, and its owner Scott Kerman.

This is the exact same M.O. that PA Distribution did to us last year. We busted our butts to complete a big distribution for them before the deadline, then waited well past the contracted 14 days to get paid. Adrienne Kerman of course said, "the check is in the mail." That's when they went on a European vacation. Several weeks later we received the check, which she claimed was "lost in the mail." That never happens.
This year we completed the fastest job ever for them, and another large contract as well. When we sought them out to be paid they disappeared once again. When they finally resurfaced and we asked what happened Scott Kerman threatened to sue us for the pay for every job we ever completed for them. Very, very bizarre behavior! Then they shut down all contact. We then saw on her Facebook that they were both at the Kentucky Derby, gambling the money away. Would attach the pic if it's possible!
Non-profits who hire these two, and PA Distribution, are liable for all of their actions if you don't properly vet them. And their scam artist background is all over the web, actually bragging about their illicit activities in national media platforms.
Never hire this company! If you donate to a non-profit refuse to give to your cause if they have anything to do with Scott and Adrienne Kerman, and PA Distribution!

Here's the pic of the Kerman's at the Kentucky Derby as they were not paying their contractors for thousands of dollars of hard work for them. Beware non-profits.

I have had the same experience. Scott and Adrienne Kerman contracted me to do the work for the ADA Tour de Cure for brochure distribution for their bike ride in Aurora in May. I completed the work, turned in the list to be paid, and they played games with "the checks in the mail" until Scott decided to block my number from reaching his business PA Distribution. This place is bad news for any non-for-profit organization to use. He takes their money and runs and owes the subcontractors that perform the actual work. Shameful behavior. Isn't this illegal? I believe it is.
