I'm new to investing in gold and I had already called a couple other gold companies and most of them patronized me for not being an expert at gold/silver. Jody from Oxford Gold Group made me feel comfortable being a newbie in the investment process. She answered all of my questions and spent a very long time (two one hour long phone calls) informing me about the process even though I am young and didn't have a pile of money to invest. Oxford also had the best prices! I got my gold and silver the other day and feel so happy I bought from Oxford

I highly recommend Oxford Gold Group. I have dealt with Jody Davis , when i purchased over a year ago , and I have nothing but praise for her service. She spent plenty of time with me teaching and finding out if metals was fit for my portfolio. There was no pressure in trying to make a purchase. I love that part that Jody is my point of contact from here on out. She will update you from time to time with a phone call or a text ,with anything new on or gold or answer any questions you have. Its nice to know , your not a buyer, and just forgotten. Oxford Gold Group is the way to go.

Matt *** is the man that I have been working with. Kenia in the IRA department make a very good team I am very impressed with both of them, can't say enough good things about them both. I tried to buy gold and silver from competitor of Oxford after about two months I had to give up with them I changed over to Oxford and in 15 days transferred my money from the bank to Oxford gold and silver needless to say I am very impressed with Oxford and these two people that I cannot speak highly of , are very professional and extremely efficient. Kelly Hyslop (Kelly Gold) has been the greatest professional that has guided me through this path. She has had a lot of patience and has hold my hand throughout the entire process. Kelly Gold has always answered my calls, responded to all my questions (even if they were dumb) and helped me complete the entire process of moving my funds from my IRS to gold from inception to end. Mike Malek at Oxford gold was outstanding, easy to talk to and listen to what wanted to buy. I had in the previous week dealt with two other companies, both which of tried to sell me high price silver coins. When I explained that I wanted silver more tied to spot price rather than collectables I was given the bums rush. Both Mike and Oxford were great. I had been buying silver for personnel storage for quite some time. I was now setting up an IRA for my wife, They made it easy. Their prices were in line with the market.. Most of all it was the lower pressure sales and friendliness that made it a great experience , I would high recommend them to any opening a precious metals IRA.

I like countless other hard working people have a 401k with their employer.
I had mine for 26 years and it was doing well. I wanted to retire this year but watching my 401k plummet, I had to do something. You see all these commercials for gold and silver. Like most people I went on line and the company that I thought about was OXFORD. No commercials. I responded to their web sight. I am so happy I did. I talked with a gentlemen by the name of Pierre Kim. He made you feel so comfortable. What knowledge, so down to earth. He did not talk above you. No question was stupid. We are writing a review to Kenia and Pierre at Oxford Gold. Kenia and Pierre were wonderful in that they both were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.
We were nervous about this change, but realized what was happening in the political and financial climate that our country is in. We felt it necessary to protect ourselves and investments by moving them to precious metals.
To began Pierre explained the process and then walked us through it. Working with him helped to reduce our anxiety and it gave us confidence needed in moving forward. He sent a packet overnight of info that was very easy to understand and explained the process and went over the metals, any questions we might have.

After doing a lot of research, looking to balance out my retirement IRA funds I've ventured out to find and found Oxford Gold Group. What a perfect company for my Hawaiian-style personality.
Jeremy Caves started my initial contact with a lot of knowledge and information for what I wanted to accomplish.
Jody Davis then took over in perfect details that I could understand and made sense. I figured out what I wanted and went for it.
The rest was easy pezzy, Jeremy did my account set up, Kenia help with my IRA rollover, Jody took the time to educate me on three different ways of strategically selecting my precious silver & gold metals to suit my needs. All of this took a week and that's with purchasing metals for myself.
The experience from start to finish is exemplified, very Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to (Like an Ohana or Family).

watching the world spinning out of control I realized it was time to be proactive not reactive. As such I began performing my due diligence . As time passed decided to contact "Oxford Gold Group" , As fate would have it this would be the best call I have made in recent memory. My call was received by Mr. Vince Bovino Sr. Portfolio Manager. He took all the time that I needed to make informed decisions. He addressed all of my questions in a personal and professional manner and treated me like family. At no time did I ever feel rushed to make a decision . To this day Mr. Bovino responds to my calls in a very expeditious manner and calls me frequently to discuss "the market" and how these changes may impact my account. I should point it out Mr. Bovino is gregarious and a man of good humor. As a VietNam vet and emergency trauma nurse , both require the ability to judge a persons character I strongly recommend Mr. Bovino And The Oxford Gold Group for all of your precious metal needs.

Oxford Gold Group, in particular K.C. Derian, far exceeded my expectations.

I am an older first time investor who is 65 and neurologically disabled (on social security disability income) due to a botched sinus surgery 10 years ago.

I come from a poor rural family where no one invested. I am not a typical small investor and she understood immediately what my goals are and was able to help me with her extensive knowledge and superb customer service.

She spoke to me with kindness, courtesy, respect and understanding. She went beyond professionalism and was never condescending. I had done some research and what I wanted was exactly what she recommended.
