OTM Moving & Storage

the move was without problems i have used other moving co. in the past and this one was great. Dave and Domique were friendly and hard workers..will use again.

I had a terrible experience with OTM Moving & Storage, LLC. They were supposed to move my furniture and fixtures from one location to another, but they caused so much damage due to their negligence. The movers who were unloading the trucks at my new home stopped because of the terrible way the furniture was packed and the damage it caused. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged, and some irreplaceable pieces were destroyed. OTM even lost all our hardware and replaced it with nonstandard parts. The move coordinator and the person who recorded the damage were not honest about the damage claim, and they told us not to worry because insurance would cover it. But when we filed the claim, OTM only offered $350 in compensation, even though the estimated damage was over $10,000. They never communicated this to me during the move, and I was extremely disappointed with their service.

Brian and his crew (John and Stick) were fabulous! They took great care with our possessions. They were courteous and efficient moving every item to our satisfaction! I highly recommend them!

Bryan and his team arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. They did a great job taking care of our things and finished on time! I've already referred them to a family member with a move coming up. Great service and price!

I had a great moving experience with the help of Bryan, David, and Joseph. They were detail oriented and swift. They had great ideas to offer when it came to the vision of placing items at the new location. I would highly recommend this crew and company. Thank you guys for a great move!

Completely awesome! They called to let me know what time they'd be there. Got me loaded and unloaded in record time! Chris and John were fantastic and answered any questions I had. Were done in record time and saved me money! Have already tested them to some friends who are moving in August!

On the Move was great from start to finish. I received a fair quote, it was easy to schedule & the crew that came to move was wonderful ( Bryan, John & Joshua). They did a wonderful job & took great care of our items. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable moving company.

On the Move did a fantastic job from start to finish with our move. The crew was awesome and offered to do anything we asked. We have a really steep driveway which made the whole thing so difficult. They never complained! Probably the best moving experience we have had and would highly recommend!

Bryan and John were fantastic! I've used a variety of movers and this company is in my top three best experiences. Care was taken with my items, arrival time and work hours were maximized, and the movers were super friendly and positive. I also had a good experience booking the move and received a fair estimate. I would use this company again.

Excellent! From the start to finish! So easy to work with and the guys were very polite and respectful. Bryan, Canyon,Joseph and Rob started the day with a smile on their faces and ended it with everyone laughing and smiling! Such nice young men. Moving is stressful. This company was amazing! Made moving a breeze. I was worried about paying hourly and having slow movers however they were just the opposite. They had moving down to a science like a well oiled machine. Amazing team work and got it done in half the estimated time while also being very careful with my furniture. I had Bryan M., Gary G., Joseph M, and John R as my movers and they were the epitome of "The A Team" I highly recommend them for your move. You won't be sorry.

We were very disappointed to say the least in their services. We had broken furniture, soiled bedding, scratched floors when unloading at new residence. Also had credit card stolen and used the day of move. The owner took no responsibility for anything that happened during move. We were assured by Dustin that all furniture would be wrapped and padded which it was not. I would strongly reccomend that you use someone who is more professional and hires men who know what they are doing and not young boys. We have had no contact with the company since then.

We moved from East Cobb, Marietta to Cumming GA and we hired On the Move Moving Company. I can't say enough good things about the company as a whole. The men were very professional introducing themselves to all of us, calling us yes ma'am and no ma'am the entire move. They worked very hard in 97 degree weather. They didn't take breaks all day long, they moved us in a shorter timeframe than quoted, and without complaint. The entire crew were happy and praised the company as they worked. I would highly recommend the crew of Chris, Rob, Bryan, Justin, Joseph M, Jonathon P, and James K.

On The Move is an excellent moving company. From the very beginning, Jessica coordinated our move expertly and was so accommodating when our original move date had to be rescheduled. Chris, Peyton and Robert arrived promptly at 8 am ready to work! Their cheerful demeanor and tireless effort finished our move in 3 1/2 hours. I could not believe their attention to detail and care that they showed to our furniture. Oh how I wish that we had used them for our previous move! I can highly recommend On the Move without reservation. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, you can bet I'll be calling On the Move.

Wow, This must be a different On The Move Moving Company, LLC than 2 of the other reviews. I gave five stars because I have moved several time in my life and these guys are by far the best and most professional I have used. Yes of corse some times things get damaged, but unless you have the original package it came in, its stands to say s%#t happens. I was very fortunate that I didn't have any damage. My advice, use these guys, or you can get that perfect move called U-haul. I just just hope I never have to move again. But if I do I will be calling Dustin, Jessica the owners of On The Move Moving Company, LLC. Thanks Guys

This is by far the best moving experience I've ever had. From the initial point of contact scheduling the move to the end destination, everything was seamless. The 4 guys were professional, friendly, and extremely hard working. It almost seemed like they were sprinting at times but doing an awesome job at the same time. One guy even busted up his hand pretty good, but he didn't let that stop him from working hard. They even finished a couple hours earlier than estimated, but quality and efficiency were never compromised. Nothing was broken or scuffed up, which I've had several issues with in the past. Overall, can't recommend more highly. Thank you!

The company was the only one available on short notice. The staff was friendly and eager to help us. The crew worked hard to pack and move us. Problems showed up on arrival at the new location. Furniture that was wrapped still had scratches and gouges. Some had broken pieces. Many items never arrived including a table, rugs and Christmas decorations. Several dishes were broken. Dining table and beds were not properly assembled. For what we paid, we expected better results. They did offer to pay repair costs and did reimburse us for two out of pocket expenses , but how do we price lost items when some are one of a kind. Cannot in good conscience recommend them for a major move.
