1- This transaction was placed into overpayment and you are responsible for repaying this amount.

On 11/9, I went back to the last statement that I sent, and noticed that the statement stated the balance owed was $1524.77. I emailed a pdf file of a bill I received on 9/13 which showed the amount due as $2, 028.43. I followed up with a phone call and was told they received the revised notification and would contact me if anything else was need ed.

Within 24 hours I received the following; Your YSA card through Your Spending Account™ has been suspended due to an overpayment of $503.66 on your account. While you're unable to use your card, you may submit claims via the Your Spending Account Web site, the YSA Reimburse Me mobile app or through postal mail. Although I will not have a problem right now, I am a diabetic - this is MY money, MY MONEY ! I'm tired of them constantly doing this every time some thing doesn't go their way. I will sue the [censor] out of them if I am placed in a position where my health is jeopardized as a result of being unable to obtain MY MONEY - that they are charging me to manage - I earned this working 28 1/2 years for Sylvania. I NEVER asked to have it managed by a company in the first place, and for the first 5 years of my retirement I was not charged $7.50 to have it "managed" .

First - I do not believe they should be able to cut your card off without prior notification.
Second - this is money I earned durning my tenure with Sylvania - I EARNED this benefit. As a type 2 diabetic, if I needed the money this weekend for medication, which can be expensive - and could not get it, there would be a REAL problem as I would hire an attorney and sue. I sick and tired of this company CHARGING me fee's to manage MY MONEY, and they telling me I can't have it.
