Hello everyone, I deleted this post originally the day after I quit because the company I was working for was going to fire the person who recruited me in for posting it. I’m reposting it since this has become a useful tool for some people. Comment me if you would like, I can only tell you what I know nothing more. This is also not me bad mouthing a company for no reason; from the beginning of my work experience there….things did not seem legit. If you decide to buy and advertise with this company, that is solely your choice. I am just trying to help people understand that things may not at all be as it sounds or appears to you. And apparently someone told me that when they were called by Deluxe Marketing Group they were forwarded to the Core Payment Solutions website, this is why I think that’s their new name.
On March 4th, 2010 I quit my job at OSC LLC. This company goes by many names; Core Payment Solutions, Merchant Referral Solutions, Bank Card Empire, and also D.W. Scott Financial. The first 3 business names are all the same company; they change their name once people have caught on that they are fraudulent. I have been working for this company since October of 2009. The reason for my quitting is that I felt uncomfortable working there for sexual harassment that taking place, by the way the fake name that I was told and agreed to use was AMY BRADSHAW. My last day, my boss (Luke Rose also known as JOHN FICHER/FISHER, BOB WALSH, or JEFF DAVIS) made it very clear that I was not welcome working there unless I wanted to have sexual relations with him. What many people do not know about him is that he went to jail for 2 years before being employed at this company for drug charges, and this is what I was told directly by him. He gets paid off the money he convinces people to give the company for marketing their credit card machine business. PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN! If you give anyone from this company your credit card information for the promise of receiving thousands of dollars within the next 12 months YOU WILL BE BROKE AND A FOOL! The money does not go to your marketing. It will supply this company with the capital it needs in order to run their fraudulent telemarketing company and LUKE ROSE or any other "marketing coach" will be paid percentages of that money (which is anywhere from $1000 - $30, 000). I was being paid cash $300 for setting up appointments for him to discuss these matters with the clients who were contacted by telephone a week before. They have 'marketing campaigns' that they say they are going to run for you to maximize the profits you’ll make with the company. They say you will have; Radio, Television, E-mail spams, and Telemarketing hours dedicated to your profit. They SAY they can only guarantee that they can set up 1% of the business’s that they come into contact with, since many businesses are under contracts that they cannot get out of. Luke Rose the reloader or marketing coach, whatever you want to call him personally told me that the money people put into this company doesn’t go anywhere but to pay for the light/water/upkeep bills for their location at 4240 N 19th Ave Phoenix, Arizona 85015 and it also pays management and of course the person you were lied to by gets a portion of the earnings. Also, you may or may not believe me BUT this company brings in HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS each week. Luke Rose himself has brought in as much as $70, 000 in just one week alone.
PLEASE IF YOU WANT ANY MORE INFORMATION, given that my fingers could go on for quit a while with all the information I have gained since working here PLEASE TELL ME YOU'D LIKE TO SPEAK and I will do all I can to provide you with the information on how they go about doing what they do, give you the personal information of some of the people who work there, or to just let you know what you’re getting into before you decide.
The company may already have thoughts that I will and/or tell people what’s going on there, many are previous criminals themselves and have been doing this for years. These people don’t care what you say to them, if you don’t give your money to them they will fight you verbally but in the end they will move on to the next victim. THEY TARGET NICE PEOPLE WHO ARE GULLIBLE or ELDER (please family's keep tabs on your mothers and fathers who may be easily drawn in with a good sales pitch) ALL THEY WORK FOR IS MONEY, they don’t have to worry about anything else because they’re company pays top dollar for lawyers.
IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY or KNOW AN ATTORNEY and want to take action PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I will do all I can to help you stop this from happening. I will be honest I just finished High School last year and I am still a pea in the pod right now. I don’t know any lawyers and I don’t know anyone who does, if you do I personally would want you to bring these places down. People max out their credit lines to help themselves with this company, which is just a false hope to them.
If you have already given your money to them, I am greatly sorry for being a part of this! If you remember my fake name as AMY BRADSHAW or ELA GREEN, I will understand your anger and pain for me to help these people in what they are doing. I am willing to testify for the greater good of everyone.

this is for everyone to know...that is why i posted the original complaint here, at this point I really dont care who from osc reads or responds to. They know where i live, what my number is, who i am and have already tried bribing me and harassing me to the point of myspace creation and threat to give out my social security number on the internet. so anything they say here about me, i really dont care about. They have request that i come to court, for my 'slandering' on the internet about the true actions they have been taking towards their clients. I know this because i was not only a telemarketer for them, but also a peronsonally contracted personal assistant/appointment setter for one of the reloaders. not only is fradulence taking place which owners, reloaders, closers, administration, aswell as other telemarketers who also worked there had verbally told me, but there is sexual harassment aswell...that was the bottom line for me when i quit march 4th 2010. All i wanted to do was the right thing, especially once i realized how many people were being hurt like this, hoping that they were going to better themselves and their families. I have given multiple people all the information I know and honestly I dont think i can do anymore to help this. OSC LLC. the name that is on the paychecks at the place i worked at has only gotten bigger and well everyone whos personally spoke to me hasnt been any help in particular cases. it doesnt make sense that the government is allowing these companies or THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY to exist, so maybe they want these places to stay running. Maybe this is all about money.
im not giving up, im just loosing hope to be 100% with everyone who reads this. Im 19 and I just got a legit job for someplace that actually cares about their workers and clients and im going to do everything i can to keep it.
its extremely difficult to fight this when im trying to live my life or even have a life.
Many of you can do all the reasearch you can and speak to others and gather progress because you have the time and resources to do it. I am not retired and am living on my own without the help of any of my family, so theres only so much that can happen.
thank you to everyone who has responded to the post I wrote, even though it has gotten me into trouble with the court...i am greatful that i was even able to help one other person, it was the least i could do for knowingly selling the product to others over the phone.

I have just scimmed over some of the comments that have been made since my last post. to answer the ###s question. i stayed because was 19 living on my own without any support from my family and needed to make money with that the only job that was wanting to hire me. i took half days while i worked there to go to interveiws and look for jobs both physically and online. i had not found anything until a month after i quit so i stayed because it was either that and have money to live and eat or scrape by without anything. ill comment later about all that has been stated so far. im so glad that all this has been helpful to some people.

look on craigslist under phoenix and look at the jobs listed in south/central phoenix and you will see mulitple postings for the locations that are still operating and what is provded there are numbers and the company name of d.w.scott financial. osc or what people like to call bankcard empire/core payment solutions/merchant referral solutions is never named on the posts though...probably for a reason.

the only reason this person has my address is most likely because i did in fact work for osc llc, which does or did in fact house bankcard empire which changed their name to merchant referral solutions and then to core payment solutions...and it also housed dw.scott financial which i worked for aswell for a period of 5 hellish months.

i dont know why i never posted this before, maybe i was afraid of getting in trouble or getting harassed more by my old employers. But this is what the building looks like at 3rd ave and osborn rd in phoenix az. later on this month when i get around to it, i now plan on sharing the documents i have on this company; restraining order, court documents, work related material used working there including scripts. Leads used for cold calling customers, if your name is printed in any of the leads, email me immediately and i will give you that respect. i think maybe this is all i can do for the situation, i have no lawyer its been almost a year now and well i cant see how else i could make a difference. i hope you dont use this information against me. im giving this as public information, sharing to others that have gone through similar experiences as me. as of right now i have no other documents scanned yet except of the photo of their location.
The owners were originally in this building when i first started back in oct of 2009. In January of 2010 they moved to another location which is available in one of my previous posts. Since then i have driven past their old location (3rd ave and Osborne) and have heard from another person who happened to have done work for them that they have doing business there again.
Either way i believe everyone has the right to know where the source directly is, i am not associated with

@phxscams...i just dont understand how people like this can get away with all this [censor] for years. there is not enough regulation in the system of our govt. it seems like its a special casing for most, whoevers got the money rules...which is inhuman in my mind. there are too many people who do not have the means to stand up for what is morally right, and too many people willing to cover their [censor], lie, and hide in order to keep the money and situation hovering under the water line. there is just not enough people with morals anymore, at least not enough that have the power with the system.
Thats why i dont blame some people who "go crazy" on wall street or other officals who have probably disreguarded whats actually needed rather than promoting what they solely desire. its a disgusting world we live in, only a few make it worth waking up in the morning.

never did i say that i was defending people who work there. there is a difference in the people who work for them for greed and those who have no other choice, or rather no idea to what exactly the company is about, or how complex the issue really is. i have been very consistant with my thoughts on everything. you on the other hand started out being much more open and now seem closed off to the idea that some people are in a position to stay until another oppertunity comes up to help alter the paths on which theyre already on.

The Truth oo1 - or should I call you Ray Petty? Let me enlighten folks as to the reason "DW Scott Financial" doesn't (allegedly) have complaints, as you claim. Simple. The same reason "Merchant Referral Solutions" didn't have complaints until September of last year - because that's when Bankcard Empire started using that particular name! "DW Scott Financial" will have PLENTY of complaints in the near future, wait and see. And then the name will be changed yet again once that name has a sufficiently poor reputation (ie, hundreds of complaints).
And people, don't bother checking [redacted].com; the owner of that site has either been bribed or threatened, because he has posted bogus "Bankcard Empire is all sunshine and roses and would never rip anyone off!" crap. I noticed the site owner is local to Phoenix, so he may be worried about his family.

I'm at the moment on DW Scotts' top list.
Gotta be! They will not leave me alone.
I have been contacted numerous times because the first time they called me, I googled 'dw scott scam' and didn't have any major negative results .
The BBB rating (at that time-about 2 months ago) had them with a 'D' rating. But, I was told that most businesses under that category received 'D' ratings.. (BBB was still not sure about these types of outfits)
I didn't have the money and finally they stopped calling because I told them I would contact them when I was able.
About a month went by and I had received a check from my local college, (over $700) that I had just registered some classes with. It was the left over from my FAFSA funding.
A couple days later, I get a call from 'DW Scott' and I tell them call me back at 3:00 (a couple hours) and we'll get started.
I went to the bank and took out $$$ leaving just enough to get started with the 'Loan Modification Affiliate Program'.
After I got home I decided to 'Google' 'DW Scott scam' again and the results showed this thread, along with a few others .
When the gal called back, (she had an unusual name) I told her "No." and why.
After a few more minutes of me being polite, we said our goodbyes and I thought, "Whoo! That was a close call."
Then, this afternoon, while I was home between classes I get a call.
"Hi Mark this is Charlie with 'DW Scott' ect, ect, ect..."
I told him whats up, and well, he claims that all their employees have been there for a while and they haven't had any quit for a long time."
{OK now Im thinking(while typing this) if thats the case, then, why, do they have a help wanted add?}
Regardless, If this company, 'DW Scott', was indeed accomplishing the results I'm told on the phone, then why are they so hard up to bring aboard someone that's hesitant to climb aboard?

And research the results also. They may be bogus.

Each one is responsible for their actions. However, that does not excuse the actions of those that lied to the victims just so a sale could be made. I realize that those who have been the dupers feel that they are totally entitled to what ever it takes just to get a buck in order to live the high life. What you people have done to the fine people of this nation is inexcusable. As far as you calling people out as to their level of education. Now I would like to address the subject of defamation. When a company has demonastrated actions to defraud people it is totally impossible for any individual to defame such company. First of all I spoke to Osc and they were just a company selling Bank Card Empires product as a vendor. I spoke to the owner of DWScott Financial and found out that they have no affilation with Bank card or Osc. I guess Bankcard does merchant services and DWScott does debt settlement so it makes sense that the two companies have nothing to do with each other. I also inquired about the complaints made against OSC and DWScott Financial and I found out some interesting facts.
The person that originally posted everything about all of this was an employee of OSC that was fired for having drugs on her and later found out that she was a prostitute in the city of Phoenix and was arrested for prostitution and is awaiting sentencing for offering sexual favors for money. Her name is Alya Dobbs of Phoenix. After her interview she admitted to making up all the false claims against OSC and tying a debt settlement company known as DWScott together because she was mad that she was fired.
Again she was fired for having drugs on her and for her role in prostitution outside of her regular job. She is currently being sued for slander for making false accusations against the few people mentioned in her blog that worked for OSC, who again is not attached to DWScott financial. That company does debt settlement and was linked into this because she formerly worked for them and was fired from them for showing up to work late and under the influence of drugs.
The girl who has posted all of this, after being fired is names Alya Dobbs of Phoenix, AZ.
I can supply you her home address and phone number, for anyone else who has been wronged by her.
It is of no surprise that Bankcard Empire and it's fellow partners, and employees in crime, are involved in drugs and prostitution. You can't hire ex-cons and people off the street without the mess that goes with them.
Leslie Spencer Mersky has his court date on May 15, 2010. They will probably plea bargain it to lesser charges, but with his rap sheet he is going to be spending some time in prison again. GOOD, hope he croaks there! Now, on the rest of his family...

Apparently you're bitter about the Postal Inspector's raid on this fraudulent operation and your subsequent lack of income. Don't blame your victims or the brave former employee who stood up to you and your criminal lackeys. You brought this on yourself, and you'll have to answer for your actions. @James90 - "IF THERE IS SMOKE, THERE IS A FIRE" - DWScott did not offer me a debt settlement when they called me, they pressured and wanted me to work for them online with a guide of a coach AND I had to pay for it. They NEVER mentioned that they will settle my debt at all. So is I guess this made DWScott Financial linked to OSC and Bankcard Empire, if that what you are trying to imply.
Wondering, these people OR this person assigned to cover up the above mentioned companies that are linked to Bankcard empire always screwed up when they/he start to type their/his comment in here. Some "putz" is posting how all but 8 complaints to the BBB concerning BCE were resolved.
I know how they were resolved. First, a Bee-ach calling herself "Marci Bennett" calls about your BBB complaint, talking smack and then sends a BS statement to the BBB saying she got the truth out of the person, that the complainer only wanted their money back. Well, duh! Of course people wanted their money back from this scam company. Then later people receive a more threatening telephone call from a guy calling himself, Robin Phillips, the pre-litigation dude. He was more adament about the retraction of complaints, threatening court action for defamation. Next, came the letter signed by David Mersky, Esq. as if he was a registered attorney in Arizona (which he is not), and then blaming the signature on these letters on his assistant, Christina Saldana (who by the way runs TPC Solutions, debt collectors).
Yeah, this was such an UPSTANDING company. And Charles Manson is really a sweetheart...BAH HAHA.
Hope they all get a big surprise waiting for them in jail named "Crue" or "Baby", and they get skewered like they helped BCE screw thousands. Mop handles would be a good start, then work up to iron pipes. They won't be walking a straight line again.
The BBB called our complaint "administratively resolved, " despite that we refuted everything in the letter their scumball legal department wrote to the BBB and told them we weren't satisfied with the outcome. So I cast a jaundiced eye on all the other "resolved" complaints, which I suspect turned out much like ours did.
The BBB closed our complaint saying the business did everything it could to resolve the situation based on the crap response from BCE legal lapdog, Marcia Bennett. BBB didn't even give us a chance to respond, which put the BBB on our crap list, and not much better then the company we complained about. How does the BBB get paid by the way? Anyone know? Is it companies or consumers?

I agree completely with this complaint. I was one off the fools who believed I was going to be working in the credit card referral business. I gave them MONEY to do the call blast to get others businesses signed up. I would also like to move forward to take action against this company. Has anyone moved forward with a class action suit or is it pointless? Please let me know. Thank you.

Condoning these scammers and their actions is totally in-excusable. If you work for someone who is doing something morally wrong or un-ethical you are just perpetuating the problem and causing more grief for everyone taken in by the scam. And the grief does not stop there because there is always a ripple effect, or domino effect, that affects many more folks. If you work for a LLC or company that you know is unethical, walk away or become a whistleblower, and find a job that rewards you with a clean conscience!
