We got a new contract with Optus on 23/12/2021 with 2 new phones galaxy flip3 and a S21 ultra first up they gave us the wrong sim for the Flip phone and the store closed for holidays so late January before this was fixed. My beautiful S21 was working but very bad reception, one bar sometimes none I couldn't even talk to Optus at times because they couldn't understand me. We had to use my partners phone the Flip she had at least 2 bars or maybe 3 bars whilst I had no service and we are about 1 metre apart. Swap sim cards that was a circus my sim worked okay in the Flip 2 bars but the other sim in my phone 1bar or none this was repeated quite a few times with quite a few different people an ongoing saga and the swapping back and forth of people and sim cards, back to my phone this is march 2022 now and they reckon just be patient they are working on the tower and it'll be fixed by the 16/3/22 but things got no better. I was also getting some reception from a tower about 20 klm down the road. so its back to phone calls and contact us. I finally got them convinced that this Lemon they call a phone is no good they sent me a padded bag from Optus Boomerang which was sent away app 15/05/2022 then this dissappeared for a long period of time and finally on 26/07/22 it has turned up at their warehouse on the 27/07/22 my claim has been approved and a device is on it's way to my address. Mean time I've gone to Victoria will be away for a month. Back home 25/08/22 and I have my new phone after all this time imagine my surprise when I checked it out I have a refurbished Phone somebody else's problem that has been fixed and I'm paying top dollar under contract for a new phone not happy Jan. Then today I get a phone call from some controlling freak that swore that I will not be getting a new phone whilst he's my case manager even the ombudsman can't make him do that is what he said and the complaint will go to him and he'll deny the request

Desired outcome: A new Phone that's what I'm paying for and an apology from that so called gentleman
