I recently moved and when the installer came to install the cable service he was in a rush to get out of my condo it was a Friday afternoon. After he left and I tried to watch tv I could not get any channels to work. I called cable and they were sending another installer the following week to fix the tv service. The new installer told me the previous installer did the installation all wrong and he would fix it which he did. But when I got my cable bill I was charged $212 for a cable box that was not returned to cable. I told cable that I don’t have the cable box I looked all over and even called my movers and it’s no where to be found. Cable also called me and told me that I cannot call the retention department again. I am not going to pay for something that I know I did not take. The first installer that was here left everything he was using on the ground by my condo and just left here. I hope that this can be resolved because I cannot get to speak to any one at cable and I am not going to pay for something that I did not take.
Desired outcome: Hope that someone can resolve this for me.
