On febuary 16, I answered an ad on face book for seniors, ontario green and canadian home improvement credit corporation. for a hepha filter which was installed on my furance, Feb. 18,2022. I had a 10 day grace period to think it over and within that time, I changed my mind. I then called the number on the CHICC contract, this is who I spoke about signing up for the filter and was redirected to a web site, to leave a writen message. I recieved no answer that day or the next. So I text again the next few days, still no answer. I waited for a reply but never received one from CHICC. I decided to try the Ontario Green Savings Number and reach a person who then told me, I contacted the wrong person/ business and now the grace period was up and still had to pay the monthly amount or buy the filter out right, at $9,000.00. Had a little disagreement with him and cancelled cheque payment. Called CHICC told him what was going on and he told me he received the text. He then proceed to to ask me if I cared about my husbands health and that I should have it for him. The price that was quoted was indeed a little different then what was paid. quoted &15.00 a month to $69.00 a month. CHICC then told me I would get $45.00 back at the end of the month. but the contact wasn't complete he told me, because he didnt sent me the application for the rebate of $ 45.00 he then sent me the application, which I didn't fill out at this point, feed up with the double talk. spoke severly times to Ontario Green Savings explaining the situation without and help. last time I spoke to anyone about this situation was a credit collector.
