Online Order review: My complete order and ridiculous wait time

I placed an online order at Store #060028 because I was in a hurry and needed to go. Online Order #19543. I selected the option to pick up in store at 11:22am Once I arrived at the restaurant, both doors were locked and I couldn't get in to pick up my items. There were 5 cars in the drivethru. It took me 20 minutes to get to where you place an order. I told them that I have an online order and it took another 15 minutes to get the window. Now its 11:55 and the worker said they will start my order. Uuugghhhhh. I placed the order because I needed to pick up and go and have waited over 35 minutes already. After getting to the window, it took them another 13 minutes to make my order! I waited 48 minutes to get my order that I placed online! This is totally unacceptable! Why have an app to pre-order if they are just going to make you wait in a long line and not make your order until you get to the window. Smh. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Desired outcome: Rectify the situation and change the online order process
