Dedicated server rental
Since renting a dedicated server from you beginning 15th September 2022, Oneprovider has suspended the server 4 times, once every month alleging that whilst the server and IP address of 213.202.230.64 was in my custody, that I have carried out malicious activities, namely using the server to scan website and servers for vulnerabilites.
Each time I have received this alert I have verified that each report only ever mentioned 213.202.230.64 as last alerting for malicious activity prior to my use of the IP address e.g before I rented the server and was allocated the IP address.
I have asked for an explanation for this to be fobbed off with that the server has been unsuspended and that I should run a scan of the server and that the server will be monitored for a period of time despite no activity that can be attributed to me.
Desired outcome: Refund equal to number of days that the server was suspended for since I first rented it, for staff at OneProvider to recieve training on how to read reports to prevent false allegations against a customer.
