OneHanesPlace.com review: Difficulty in trying to return an item. Followed their instructions, but shipping label is not provided.

I need to return two items to OneHanesPlace.com/Returns And tried a number of times to find their pre-paid return shipping label. Yes, I found and printed their packing slip but no shipping label.

I do not want to have to go to the post office (I am elderly). Did not know this was goiong to be a complicated issue. My bad, didn't look up their policy ahead of time.

This will remind me to never purchase from them on line.
