One Stop Cleaning review: Furniture, carpet cleaning

I hired One Stop Cleaning to clean a sofa and 4 chairs with cloth cushions. There was a large stain on the sofa. The cleaning guy came Feb 22 to my son's place in Burlington -2045 Summerwind Drive. He steamed the sofa and chairs. The next day when the material dried, the stain of the sofa is still there and the chair cushions looked worse than before cleaning. I contacted the cleaner at [protected] and he said he'd come by the next week.

Nothing has been done. No follow up at all. When I try the number above, as well as the number on the website [protected] I get a message saying the mailbox has not been initialized. I am unable to reach this company.
