Very unprofessional way of running the business and bad customers' treatment.
I am very disappointed.
I placed my order 3 months ago and it never arrived.
At first, they assured me that the item will be delivered within one month.
When it didn't, I started calling them trying to figure out what had happened. They said they had no idea and hung up on me. Even though it was rude of them, I called again and asked them to check everything carefully. They didn't change their behavior but did me a favor and checked the information. Unfortunately, all of these actions were made for nothing as they didn't find anything.
So my only questions are: where's my item and how can I refund? Obviously, I won't get my order.

This business claims to have representatives available 24/7, urging you to call NOW. Last week at at 9 PM I called from California for a final price for a First Degree Fitness E-216 rower. Spoke to Charles Gish in Los Angeles. I was concerned about their warranty. He told me to check the manufacturer site directly, and then call him back at his direct number [protected]. Few minutes later I called him back ready to place my order. I could not get in a word edgewise! He complained about the late hour saying: " Do you know what time it is?", and shut down his phone on me.

AVOID to place order from this dealer if you are not sure. They will charge 20% re-stocking fee even if you call to cancel your order a minute immediately right after you place the order. Amazon will always have the same item with less price and in many cases the shipping is free. I just placed my order with a salesperson, Charles, and cancelled in a few minutes after. They charged me $100 bucks for cancellation :-). Try to share with you all, so read their policy real careful and think a thousand times before you place order from this dealer.

Besides, Amazon always allows customers to cancel or return w/o any charge, even with free shipping label for returning.

Oh, on the phone the salesperson - Charles thought I was stupid as I cancelled and had been charged 20% to buy something cheaper on Amazon. This dealer posted 110% price matchi guarantee but the person on the phone confirmed they would never do it for my item (Iron Heavy Duty Adjustable bench), while many other dealers on Amazon only sell the same branch new item @ $410 with 0 shipping vs. their price $499.

I called the number on www.oneshotfitness.com [protected])and spoke with a guy, Aaron, about purchasing a treadmill. He was very informative regarding the machines and what his company (a warehouse)does to the equipment as far as refurbishing them. I then asked him about financing and he went on to tell me that he could take my info and shop me the best rate on financing, etc.He went on to tell me how it would be better for me to get a 0% credit card because it's essentially the same thing as financing. I figured I would think about it (as I do on all large puchases before I make a decision) so I told him I would think about it and call him back. To my shock, he says "You're not going to call me back are you?" I said, "Why would you say that?" he then says "Because you sound like you're full of it." Iwas completely shocked because I gave him no reason to say this as the only part of the conversation I had was asking him questions about the equipment, warranty and financing. I never said anything to make him say something like that. My response was "well, that's not really good customr service." to which hehung up the phone on me! The reason I am sending a complaint is because he told me that his company was a member of the Better Business Bureau. Which, by the way, is not posted on his website, nor did it come up when I did a search on the BBB site. I think this should be dealt with if he is lying to customers telling him that his company is a BBB member and if he is, in fact, a member, he shouldn't be treating his potential customers this way! I honestly had every intention of calling him back if I made the decision to purchase, now that he treated me that way, he's lost my business.
