One at Home review: home care services - one at home boca raton

I am not only a patient covered by Humana but I have also been a Humana provider Rheumatologist in So Florida since 1995.
I had cervical spine decompression surgery at Holy Cross Hospital on 8-29-19
My surgeon Dr Jeffrey Cantor sent me home with PT and OT I was discharged on
8-30-19 with a rigid cervical Aspen Collage which restricted by ability to perform ADLS and self care I was unable to Bend Lift more than 5 pounds or twist
A Company called "One at Home" based out of Boca Raton was supposed to provide my services.One At Home - Palm Beach was recognized and certified in 2013 by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as one of modern home-health care agencies which are scientifically measured and assessed to have high-quality home-health care services for promoting health and improving the quality of life. One At Home - Palm Beach is located at 23123 State Rd 7 Ste 360 Boca Raton, FL 33428 and can be contacted via phone number (561) 420-8111. Home Health Services being offered by One At Home - Palm Beach includes nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social, home health aide.
Days went by without contact from One at Home until I called them. I was in pain and barely able to move. OT evaluator came tomy house and told me since my neck was very limited there was nothing he could do for me. He said I needed home care but I could only get that ( homehealth aid) if I had PT and he said he would make sure I had PT. I could have used the OT
Days went by no contact from One at Home until I called again requesting PT and Home aid. Finally on 9-5-19 (John) the homePT evaluator came and said I needed PT and an aid and hewould arrange this or report back to One at Home:"
No PT ever came until I called One at home again and requested PT and Home AID. The said they would send PT. On 9-11-19, almost two weeks after I had surgery, the home PT assistant came but I had to call him and remind him and he was nice but two hours late. When he got there he said I OT not PT and an aide. Today is 9-13 two weeks and a day after my surgery Ive had noPT no AIDE and no OT
Im past the point in time I could have most benefit from my benefits and the help.
I am thoroughly disappointed with One at home. They were hightly unprofessional and neglectful. Im a physician too I cant imagine how they care for elderly demented patients or even more helpless patients As a rheumatologist I know how this is supposed to work at One at Home is bottom of the Barrel.
They should not providers for any company including Humana.
I m considering filing a report to the Department of Health but since they represent Humana Humana should know One at Home id disgraceful.
