Stacey Sheehan tried to rip off my elderly mother by charging her for advertising that was never provided. She also had her sign a contract that had a much higher rate of commission than normal and she knew the reason mum was selling was that she was being moved to residential care. To top it all off, she told mum that the only interested buyer wanted the place for $50,000 less than the price agreed with Stacey. After the sale went through, we found out the buyer was one of Stacey's friends!
Claimed loss: $2730 in fees and $50,000 lower than expected sale price
Desired outcome: Stacey Sheehan should lose her real estate license, and should stop overcharging vulnerable customers.
