I have called every two weeks because my juicer screen rubber piece at the end keeps ripping. They do send a new screen but won't do anything to solve the issue. I have asked for my money back or a replacement juicer and they say because I didn't purchase directly through them (The Legacy Company) that they won't do that I have to go to the store which is now closed. I do have the paper that came with my Juicer that says so not return to the store. I have requested several times to talk to a supervisor/manager and they tell me they will call me back which hasn't happened to this day. I purchased the Juicer in March 2022 and my issues started April 21st I never contacted the store at that time because of the paper that said not to.
