This individual impersonates as a Licensed Loan Agent. When in reality, she is a scam who works with her husband, brothers, sisters and other family members to steal peoples credit. She comes off as being friendly and trustworthy, but dont let that fool you. She is wanted by the courts for failure to appear at depositions to answer questions in regards to her conduct. She basically disappeared from site.
She is of Tongan decent and my have fled by back to Tonga, but also my be in Colorado as thats where she came from before coming to California. If you have contact with her, you may be getting ripped off. Beware! Her last known location was in Fremont, CA. She goes by the name of, Fiana Fifita, but also uses the name Otoota. Her husband is Olive' Fifita, and theyve both portray licensed loan agents. They use to work at Hilltop Lending Corp. based in Milpitas, California.
The last number I have for her, was: [protected] & her husband: [protected]. All her and his phone numbers have been disconnected, and I could no longer get a hold of them for questions regarding my loan they got me. Again, BEWARE!
I honestly feel like we can't do anything, they have filed bankruptcy and took off to Utah and the company that they supposively been doing business under, "Hilltop Lending Corp", the business licensed expired while they were using that name. My opinion ist that it sounds like they have had this all planned all along and knew that they were getting close to be getting caught and they filed bankruptcy. To "GetAlltheFacts", if you feel that they are not hiding anywhere and not involved, why don't you post where all of them live and let the courts decide if they are not involved or not. I am glad I am not the only one who had problems and talking with other people who have been burned by this couple. It does sounds like some people that have posted on here have had some kind of encounter with these people that they are naming or else they wouldn' have posted these names. Whether if they just referred them to this couple and the couple was doing all of the wrong doing all of it by themselves. I feel everyone is trying to get a handle of all of this because Olive and Fiana have decided to run and not answer questions in court with these questions and allowing everyone to believe that family members were involved. I hope this is not the case and hope they were just as victimized as we were. We just want to find this couple as a whole and get to the bottom of who was all involved. My personal beef is with the couple and I didn't have any encounters with family members and will be sad to hear that people are just making acquisations on people that are not involved on here. This is not what this website is for, it is to warn the public of the facts and hope to find some closure. We just want them to appear in court instead of hiding and if you know where they are, please help us get some closure.
I agree with the above comment, I never had any encounter with other family members, I only have had problems with Olive and Fiana. I do have a valid address for anyone who needs its. They live out in Murray, UT somewhere. They tend to move from place to place fast, but I can't guarantee that they will be there on my next post. I wish you all luck in trying to resolve your problems with them as I am.
The person above is a scam artist! Lieing is a scam! The complaints above are personal attacks and are not facts! She does not personally know the persons to each name she is posting a complaint. The only one she probably dealt with personally is Fiana and her husband. The facts to her complaint is, " if someone, yes one person does you wrong, don't make any effort to find out the facts or the truth, just judge that their whole family is the same. " Wow! That alone says alot, that she is unstable in her complaint. That she is out to hurt anyone that is related to the person that she has a complaint about. She hasn't made any effort to personally know the names she has posted. All she knows is that they are related and by that is her judgment, that they are a scam artist too. Good thing the person above is not a judge the whole world would be in prison! Their are two sides to every complaint! Don't make a complaint if you're too lazy to go to the source to find out 100% the facts or truth to the names you are posting. The bottomline is, the person above does not personally know Fiana's siblings or family, careers or involvments in any of this. And with all the names she or all have mentioned NONE of them are running or hiding from anyone or anything. Their location is easily in the open for you to find. I can't believe it, these fakes are still running around screwing people. Do a facebook search, Olive Fifita has a picture on his profile with him in the center of the picture and Otoota Fiana Fifita to the right side of the picture. Acting like they are screen writers as well as, but they are faking that too:

On his picture it says, get this: "Innocent". As if he is saying yeah I know I'm guilty as F@*K, but let's just say I'm innocent. These people are the biggest scams around. LIARS to be exact. The worse thing that ever happened to me, and maybe you too, is that I meet these Conartist. I have live in Utah all my life, and now I feel my life is ruined and reputation is as well. I'm so sorry I didn't post this sooner as I read on a couple of other sites that they have recently stoled someone elses ID. I only hope that these people are brought to justice and will serve the rest of their lives rotten there.
These people are not professional loan servicers even though on Fiana Otoota Fifita's facebook page says she is a "Senior Financial Consultant"

The only thing that's true about the above career field is she and her family are "Actors" as in they will act like a loan officer and steal your ID. Again. run if you see these people, but better yet, call America's Most Wanted, that's who should check them out.

They have ruined many people's credit, it doesn't matter if they are family, friends, or strangers, they will take advantage of them. Unfortunately I was taken for a ride by them three years ago, and I am still trying to sort things out. I ended up with two foreclosures on my credit when my credit was great before. They are all about getting rich quick, you might run across them in other bogus businesses, like Quixtar.
They live here in Utah now. They have never lived in Colorado. They are living with Otoota's brothers. Let me know if you need help tracking them down. They took off from Utah because they were doing stuff too.
This is true. I have two friends that had loans done by this person and come to find out, he is a complete fraud and not a licensed loan agent. He and his wife Otoota (Fiana) Fifita and her brother Mani Fotu are fakes as well. Warning do not use them. Call the cops if you happen to come across their paths. Do not give them your social security card numbers, they will steal your credit and ruin your life.
