Bunny & his team were AMAZING! They came and immediately got to work. They were efficient and thorough, but had a good time while working. You can tell that they love what they do! I want to thank Patriot Energy Solutions and Mr. M and his crew for their professionalism. They were very helpful. Although they made me feel older, I understand is just respect they were showing. I am one satisfied customer. I got new light blubs, smoke/carbon detector, door air sealing, windows air sealing, boiler checked a complete weatherization. I recently developed a leak in my skylight flashing which was surrounded by solar panels installed 14 years ago by another solar company in which the owner died. I needed to remove 4 solar panels in order to have the roofing company repair the flashing. Patriot energy worked with me daily to ensure that I could effectively coordinate the removal of the pannels, repair of the skylight flashing and reinstall of the panels. the whole project ran soooo smooth that i was astonished. the 4 servicemen were prompt, efficient, reliable and polite. They came on a Friday afternoon to remove the panels. Monday morning the roofers were here to repair the skylight flashing. Monday night it poured rain (no leaking skylight, yay) and Tuesday morning Patriot Energy was at my home in the morning to reinstall the four solar panels. All along the process Nicole kept in touch to insure the timeline was going well. I highly recommend this company, their fiels workers and their office staff. They get a 5 star rating from me in every aspect of what a solar company is supposed to be. Thanks everyone at Patriot Energy!

Patriot Energy installed my solar panels in May , and just like the ebbs and flows of life, my experience with this company was very much the same. It started out wonderfully, the installation was quick and efficient, however, that quickly changed when it came time for inspection and other matters. It took a very long time to schedule an appointment, almost 6 months. My salesman, who was contractor w/ another company, never returned my calls. The loan company, ***, started harassing me about the monthly fee, which noted I did not have a flat rate. In Patriot's defense, I know that some of this was outside of their control. However, nonetheless, it was a very frustrating time. I was paying for solar panels and not getting the benefit. My situation started to turn for the better, when Nicole at Patriot, started handling my account. She was attentive, continuously kept me in the loop, followed up expeditiously and had excellent communication and customer service skills. I can also say that the gentlemen who came to inspect my panels several times were very professional and kind. All in all, after 8-9 months my solar panels are now active, I see some savings but not clearly what I was told by the salesperson. And, I'm still having issues with the finance company, ***. Please please do your homework! Again, the best and exceptional part of dealing with this company, was my interaction with Nicole. She really was a bright shining star throughout my dealings with Patriot.

I entered into a contract with Patriot for a brand new roof install and solar panels. Signed the contract on December 29th 2023, I also applied for a loan to fund the project (applying for a loan leaves a hard credit inquiry on the report for 2 years or more). I was told we're going through a permitting period of about 4-6 weeks. When time came for what I believe was the beginning of starting the physical work I was told that the loan amount of over $24,000 was no longer enough to cover cost of roof and the panels however the contract that we went back and forth over so many times actually had the cost of the roof and the panels. I waited all this time for the project to be terminated and it's disappointing and unfair to me because of the time and effort I invested and the fact of the hard inquiry. I need to know how to go about getting this project completed like initially agreed to.

I got solar panels from Patriot Energy Solutions back in 2019. They told me about a deal where I could get 500 bucks for every person I referred who also got solar panels. I referred 2 people and they got panels, one in 2019 and the other in 2022. I've talked to the company on the phone a few times since then, but I haven't got my referral money yet.

I have bad experience with Patriot energy solution. They won't let no one come to my house to check the solar panel. We've been asking them for ages to send someone to fix it 'cause it ain't working. They charged us a big amount of cash and now they won't answer our calls or let us talk to them. They runnin' off with our money, like thieves. It ain't right. We're struggling to get this fixed and they won't help. They just stole our hard-earned money and now we stuck with a useless solar panel. Somebody needs to help us sort this out.
