This company has continually taken advantage of the publics lack of know how and screwed up contest after contest and have even been warned by former employees to stay away from this company. Latest is a $1 million rip off of a lady in Oregon. They also have ripped off people in New York Arizona for $1 Million dollars. Myself I was only taken for $500 and was promised some signage and promotional material that could not get to me on time. BUT my time is also money and that is priceless that they wasted. Hole in One International Odds on Promotions ( same company ) and Mark Gilmartin were found out in court that they False Advertised Lied Misrepresented the truth to every consumer and client.
Said items were FREE then charges for them on the back end
Lied about backers and another company that supports them
Claimed the have a relationship with Lloyds of London TOTALLY FALSE
Fabricated that they have many clients and connections NOT even CLOSE
see the FINDINGS of FACT in court proceedings that caught them Red Handed. fines and told to halt all business.
What they ODDS on PROMOTIONS did to that Lady in Oregon ripping her off of $1 Million Dollars and now tying it up in court they should be ashamed of themselves. BUT and its a big BUT thats not the only deadbeat game they have played they also owe another older lady in Arizona a $1 million dollars from the MDA and a host of smaller scams
