Oasis Windows (Canada) Inc. is not good. Their customer service is terrible. They don't do warranty work for a long time. They make you frustrated so you give up on warranty requests. Their windows are not good quality. Keep your invoice and receipt if you want to get a warranty done. Your windows will leak and fail.

I used Oasis Windows for all my windows in 2004 renovation. Now, the seals on the double panes are breaking down and there's mold growing between the panes in three of them. The 8' door slider has mold growing between the panes where hand/finger prints are. The glass wasn't cleaned properly before constructing the double panes, and this wasn't seen until years later when the growth began to appear. This is just bad work. I had an email exchange with someone in the office, but there was no resolution. They told me to go to another company to have them look at the windows that have failed. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all cost!

Don't buy from Oasis Windows. They never send products on time. They promised to deliver on Dec 7, but delayed to Dec 17. They asked me to pay the remaining balance, promising to deliver all products to my house. After I paid, they said they couldn't send all products, only partial products with some damage. They promised to deliver the replacement product on Dec 20, but they didn't. I called them on Dec 22, and they said they didn't order the replacement product until I called them that day. I need to wait another 2-3 weeks. Don't buy from this company. They're not reliable.

This company is the worst to use. We bought a new house and Oasis put in a door. The door broke in the first year and we've been going back and forth with the company for almost 4 years. They say they'll call you back but they don't. They now say that the model is old and they can't get the part, even though they've had years to find it. We've called regularly but it's impossible to get them to come and fix the door. We now have a beautiful door that doesn't work. They should be responsible to make sure that the doors they install work for longer than a year and fix the problems right away. Don't use this company.

I called Oasis Windows 'cause I had a problem with my kitchen window from 2004 and their website says it's covered for 20 years. They said it was covered and gave me a number to call. When I called, they said only new glass was covered for 20 years and mine was only 10 years. I asked when this changed, but they couldn't tell me. I emailed back and told them the website never mentioned this and asked if they would stand by their product. They asked for the measurement of the window and my address, then said they would give me a discount but I would have to pay for the technician and the glass. Why didn't they mention this before asking for my info? I thought it was covered 'cause their website said the seal was covered for 20 years without any mention of dates. They said it would cost me and if it had problems later, it would be covered for 20 years. I just wanted the glass and could have installed it myself. I would have even picked it up if they offered free glass. I wouldn't recommend this company right now.

Sept. 30, 2022, I emailed Gurgeet N about my mobile home windows from Oasis Windows (Canada) Inc. Got them installed in 2013, but now the lower white plastic locking piece fell off. I asked if they could replace it, but the receptionist *** was not nice and said to send a photo. ***. Then, I had to make several calls and emails, but no one helped me. ***. I even sent a copy of my paid invoices with the 20-year warranty, but they still didn't reply. When I asked for the Manager, Jasmin, the receptionist hung up. She speaks very poor English. *** The window lock broken off makes the living room look junky. Would like the warranty honored.

I gave Oasis Windows $529.54 for 2 windows on Oct 5, 2020. They said it would be ready in 2 days, so I said cool. I called a bunch of times and Jeff didn't know when they'd be ready. On Nov 5, 2020 Jeff said he'd give me my money back. I got 2 windows from *** and put them in to finish my job. It's Nov 19, 2020 and I still haven't got my money back.

They messed up my house real bad, both inside and outside. I've been calling them a lot, but they don't fix anything. They're not doing their job right. I even told them I want half my money back so I can hire someone else. We might have to go to court because of this. It's not cool for a business to treat their customers like this.

We got Oasis Windows to do our windows when we made our new house in 2017. We paid $17,082 for it. Oasis Windows gave us windows, but 8 windows were the wrong color. We talked to the company to change the 8 window glass for more than three years. Finally, 2 of the 8 window glass were changed on January 11, 2022, but the other 6 window glass were not changed because of bad weather. They told me that if I called when the weather was good, it would take only 3 days for the company to set up an appointment. I called and emailed Oasis Windows many times for one and a half months, but the company has not set up an appointment for me. I don't know what's wrong with this company. Oasis Windows gave us a quote for replacing lots of windows in our strata units. We said yes and gave them $14,289.07 (half the quote) as a deposit. They were supposed to come and measure everything on March 6 at 10am, but they didn't show up. I called them a bunch of times that day and they kept saying they were coming, but they never did. On March 9 our strata manager asked for our money back, but we still haven't gotten it back as of May 12. We're a small group and we can't do the project without that money. We want our money back.

I bought my crib back in 2005 and it came with a warranty that said the windows were good for 20 years. But now, a bunch of my windows are all messed up with moisture between the panes and it looks super gross. I tried to get in touch with the company but they ain't hit me back even though I left a bunch of messages. It's been like this for a hot minute, but my wife finally said enough is enough and told me that one of our neighbors had the same problem and got it fixed by Oasis. My wife tried to get them to help us out too, but they gave her the runaround.

We got all the windows for our new crib in 2012 from Oasis Windows. But in 2020, I had to hit them up because the paint on some of the outside windows was peeling off. They said the paint was under their 10-year warranty and agreed to repaint the windows. But from July to Oct. 2021, we had a lot of phone calls and emails with Oasis Windows. They kept saying they'd repaint the windows, but nothing happened. In summer 2020, they said they'd hire a painter to do the job. But when 2020 ended, I started bugging them again in Feb. 2021, thinking they'd finish the job by spring or summer. They made a lot of promises (dates and times) about when they'd come to fix the windows in 2021, but they still haven't done it. I haven't heard from them since early Oct. 2021, when I asked for the paint and $800 (cost for painter).

I bought a patio door from Oasis on August 14 for $1663.89. It was supposed to come with a key lock, foot lock, and screen door, but only the patio door arrived. After many calls, I finally got the key lock and foot lock, but it took 8 months to get the foot lock and I still haven't received the screen door. I've been calling every day for the past few weeks, but all I get is excuses like "they'll come this week" or "they're in a meeting". Oasis has an A+ rating with ComplaintsBoard.com, but my experience and other *** reviews don't match up. Do they even check the companies they rate? I hope they'll investigate before giving such high ratings. Can someone help me resolve this? Thanks.

I bought a house in the summer with Oasis Window's windows. It's been raining a lot lately and two of the windows are letting water in. The inside window sills are soaked. The strata maintenance people tried to fix it with caulk, but it didn't work. They said it's probably the windows or the installation. We found out that the windows were installed in 2009/10. Our neighbor also had Oasis install their windows and they had to call them back a few times to fix leaks. I talked to the salesperson who said they used to honor warranties and fix installations. But now, I can't get a hold of anyone at Oasis. I've been trying for a week or two and only talked to the service person once. The receptionist keeps saying she's passing on my messages, but no one is responding. I sent them pictures and addresses, but still no response. The rain is causing more damage and time is running out.
