NYST #437 review: missing refund on debit card

Hello,
I was tanking up a car on Aug 8 using my debit card. I was charged 80$, but I could only tank up for 65$. The remaining 15$ was supposed to refunded on my visa within two working days (that's what I was told). However it never happened even after 6 business days.
I claim my money back.
