NYPD Traffic Enforcement review: SCR

At the given location of E.16 St between #rd Ave./Irving Place the SCR regulation is 8:00AM-9:30AM on given alternate days. It is well known for many years that the Street Sweeper cleans this street enroute earlier in the time period of around 8:05-8:20 to accommodate the Teachers and School Worker since it is located on the side of a High School. This has been a Curtesy of the NYC Sanitation Department for many years. But yet the above Traffic Agent has been very aggressive in the past few weeks in Issuing SCR Tickets in as much as 9:21 AM-9:26 AM or 9 min.-4 min. before the ending of the so call SCR regulation. Even when the Black Street Pavement is still Moist with the showing that the Sweeper has already past and with the Motorist still Standing alongside their Vehicles. He claims that the Motorist must be locked inside their Vehicles until after the Posted Sign to be ready to move at any given moment. When explaining to the Agent that the Sweeper had already passed and showing him Proof of it, he came down not only 3 days later but 7 days later at the Exact Same Time and even while I was sitting inside the vehicles, Issued myself and other vehicles at the Same Location Summons for the same Infraction at approx. the same time 9 min.-4 min. before the ending of the so call SCR regulation. Mostly of Late Model Older Cars ONLY.
