I did not receive a bill for several months. I made several phone calls trying to remedy this issue. Finally got to talk to a real person, and they escalated it to a supervisor. Did not hear anything back from anybody. But I got a bill for $4645.24. I would dispute this amount. This was not my fault, and I made several calls tying to fix this issue. It looks like I didn't get a bill for 16 months, So I went back and added up the last 16 months, It come to $2715.00. No where near $4645.
I would be willing to pay the $2715. Help please, This is my second Email with no reponse. You can't get in by phone over an hour wait. I waited 1hour and 37 minutes no answer. I guess PSC next...Richard
