There is a volume issue or a drying-out issue. The product I bought, there's no way there is one ounce of eyebrow serum in the brow serum container, perhaps due to it being dried out.
I weighed the product, pulled out all the serum (with my lab tools), which was dryish and kind of crumbly and crusty, weighed that, and checked for volume/ weight. It did not add up to the claimed amount; it did not add up to 1 oz. or 3ml.
Once again, I think it is due to it mostly drying out.
I did this because the container was very lightweight, and the product was almost dried out and hard/flaky/crusty/whiteish.
Recommendation: If you receive a dry or almost dry container quickly let the company know. I was late in letting them know due to my busy schedule. So, my expectations to have this resolved it low.
The tube came almost dry and could hardly get the product out; it was whiteish and flaky, not very goopy and almost hard. I sent photos to the company. They responded by saying it looks fine. I compared it to my friend who has the identical product; clearly, there was a huge difference. I also asked if it could be heat-related, and they said no. I believe they did not take a close look at the photo I sent them.
