NTTA North Texas Tollway review: Discussing billing

On 1/31/2022 at 5:29PM I called to discuss a zip cash bill. I have a toll tag account so I didn't understand why I was getting charged as a zip cash member. The lady that answered the call seemed very annoyed to help me and kept smacking and saying UMMMM as if my questions were beneath her. When explaining that my card was showing suspended she asked me to use another payment method in stead of resolving why my current payment had been suspended. I explained that I do not have credit cards only my debit/visa logo. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had an issue till recently. She explained for me to "JUST PAY THE BILL" I kept explaining that I am not going to pay a zip cash amount when I have a toll tag. I clearly knew we were not going to get anywhere. I didn't have time to write down her name when I got on the call but, I thought her name was Shaniqua. She said YES it's Shaniqua and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager she said "No one is here they are all gone for the day." I then sat on hold for an additional 5 min before I hung up. I called back and got another lady on the call and she said there were Managers on duty. I am going to call back in the morning as I feel this is not going to get resolved. I hope the call's are recorded as her attitude and demeaner are NOT appropriate for customer; service. All I wanted was to get my bill reduced to reflect the Toll Tag cost instead of Zip Cash and got nothing but, attitude for no reason. If this is how you are going to treat people then I rather pay the extra cost to not deal with the disrespect.
